OK for a short stay
OK for a short stay. Definitely need a car. Pros: Nice and clean room (we had a family room) with AC, safe box and fridge, parking onsite, dinner available upon request, breakfast included. Cons: The owners live onsite and a bit intrusive. Breakfast although included was basic. Dinner can be provided but no choice, you get whatever you're given and, in my case, fixed price regardless if I had a full or reduced menu. Also no idea of the price of it until check out. My wife got shouted at across the room at breakfast for having food in the room which, apparently, attracted their dogs??? The poor dog got chased by the owner with a broom whilst being shouted at on a few occasions which made it very uncomfortable for us. We were there for 12 nights and was dreading going back at the end of the day, even stopped attending breakfast after 3rd day. It's not appreciated if evening meal it's not had onsite. Expect being asked why not, every time you miss it. On check in we got told that we should be careful with water and electricity usage. He even came and set up the AC at 25C. Not easy changing it either.

Good day,I would have many arguments to answer but I realized that it is not worth having discussions with people who are not able to understand the difference between "courtesy and kindness" and "intervention": we have only tried to give you some advice on what to visit or which sea to choose but we were judged "intrusive".As for Mr. Sorin I have yet to understand what caused his fear of staying on the farm and I deduce that it is his problem and certainly not ours.As regards the cost of the dinners, after the first evening you dined, the Lady was informed of the various menu options and relative prices and the Lady decided to dine again the following evening, choosing menus at different prices.

Romantische Masserie Nähe Muro Leccese/Otranto
Giuglia and Fernando are perfect and very friendly Hosts in this very nice Masseria built in the 17th Century. It is located a few km from Muro Leccese in the middle of Olive grooves and fields. The rooms are very nice and romantic and carefully designed. the dining room is located in the main building. Guiglia served a delicous dinner and breakfast. They use there own grown fresh products from the farm. I enjoyed the quite and peacful surrondings of the Masseria. One can do lovely walks through the olive grooves, the fields and the nearby forest. I am sorry that I could stay only one night. I can recommend the Masseria to stay for a few nights and explore from here the surrounding area (Maglie, Muro Leccese, Otranto). The Masseria is ideal for Couples but also families with children and Singles.

Masseria molto bella in posizione strategica. Molto tranquilla e Giulia e Ferdinando davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente consigliato.

Assolutamente Meraviglioso
È stato tutto assolutamente perfetto! L’accoglienza della signora Giulia (ed i suoi pasticiotti!) e il signor Ferdinando, i piatì serviti a cena preparati da Matteo, i cagnolini affettuosi e divertenti… una esperienza da provare! Abbiamo dormito benissimo, mangiato da dio, ed imparato tantissimo con le storie e chiacchieri con i proprietari, sempre solari e simpatici. Anche Il nostro cane ha trovato degli amici! Non è semplicemente un posto dove ospitarsi, ma una esperienza per tutta la vita. Torneremo!!!

Esperienza Salentina DOC
Bellissima Masseria tradizionale, tra uliveti e fichi d'india. Cibo squisito e a base di prodotti nella masseria e/o comunque locali. Ad accogliervi e coccolarvi, la mitica coppia di Ferdinando e della Giulia, sempre con il loro cani tra cui il favoloso e dolcissimo Ugo. Consigliatissimo sia per qualità che per posizione.

In vacanza in Salento con la famiglia
Eravamo tutta la famiglia al completo, alloggio spazioso con due stanze, doppio dehor attrezzato con sdraio di cui almeno uno in ombra. Dormito bene al fresco e nel silenzio Colazione piacevole, conduttori cordiali ed entusiasti

Magnifico soggiorno in autentica masseria pugliese
E'stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo, anzi di più. Immersa in un oliveto a pochi chilometri dal graziosissimo centro di Muro Leccese e in un'ottima posizione al centro del Salento ci ha subito conquistati per la struttura (un'autentica masseria di lavoro perfettamente ristrutturata), l'accoglienza familiare e le ottime cene...tanto buone da tornarci con un amico pugliese! I prezzi sono ottimi, ancor di più considerata la qualità degli ingredienti e la particolarità dei piatti...siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi! Perfetta per un soggiorno anche fuori stagione o un weekend riposante.
