Daniel was able to get us checked in right away. He was very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to do in Murcia. He also was there when we checked out the following day. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a terrace. We went to their breakfast buffet. It was worth it and the ladies attending to us were very nice. Definitely would come back here if ever in Murcia.

The best part of my stay here was the staff, all were friendly and helpful. What I liked most was, after my poor attempt at Spanish, they asked which language I preferred to speak in. When I said Spanish, as I am trying to learn, they were happy to keep conversing in Spanish which is extremely helpful for someone trying to improve, as most people just switch to English and then it feels awkward for me to try and keep going in broken Spanish! The room was fine, clean and bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also great and very good value I felt, €12 per person as far as I remember. The area is pleasant, with a fantastic park right next door and a short walk to the city centre.

A beautiful town, well worth visiting. The Catalonia hotel was a short walk over the river and into the heart of town. Lots of restaurants around the squares, mainly tapas, but some had 4 or 5 mains also. The Casino is well worth visiting.

Roof top terrace with pool
I have stayed multiple time at the hotel, and the roof top terrace with the pool is amazing , the only reason for choosing the hotel. The bed's are not very comfertable with the plastic sheet on the bed. Lack of coffee or tea facility in the room , which I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Would appreciate if it was allowed to get coffee and fresh orange juice self and not have to wait for it. The people in the hotel are very nice and do their outmost to make your stay comfertable.

You will not be disappointed.
Amazing hotel, boutique feel, staff very helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast well worth the money. A total gem of a place.

Lovely hotel cant fault it!
1st time stay here and Murcia. Hotel on a quiet road about 10mins tops to historical centre and bars/ resturants. The hotel is in good condition and very clean and modern. All the staff were friendly. Our room was average size had what everything we needed except a kettle for that crucial morning cuppa. Breakfast choice was fantastic and tasty. Coffee nice and strong . ( shout out to lovely breakfast lady with black bob haircut very attentive didnt see you on saturday to thankyou personally). Area quiet for sleeping and aircon worked well Pool although very small was welcome after a day of being out. It was 38c plus during our stay and very humid so needed to cool down- pool towels given. We didnt use the resturant as we didnt want to eat inside but ate in the many open air resturants in the squares. Hope the rest of the chains are as good as this will use the chain again.

Great hotel in Murcia
What a gem this place was. Great location just across the river from the cathedral and restaurants (5 mins walk) so close enough to everything but a bit quieter. The hotel is modern and very clean with good size, comfy rooms. The pool on the roof was great for a dip to cool off and have a drink. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice, very good quality and good value. We stayed for a night before flying home early ish the next day and would love to go back for longer to visit Murcia more. Thoroughly recommend.

Modernised old hotel with great buffet breakfast
Nice hotel obviously old but modernised. Terrible odour on entering the hotel, was there all the time, was like stagnant water. Great buffet breakfast though

It was very central. We traveled by bus from Murcia and we we able to walk to the hotel. We had a day trip to Cartengena by train and the station and that was walkable too. The old town and cathedral were a 10 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10 hotel

The hotel was supposed to be pet friendly but dogs only allowed in the room and needed €200 deposit!!!!

Nice hotel, great service
The hotel was very nice, the staff - friendly and helpful. The only thing is parking. I circled a few times and then ended up parking in an underground parking garage across the river. Then, the parking attendant mentioned that some hotels cover partially the expense. So that's what they did, which I was very thankful for. The area around the hotel, although technically downtown, is not very pleasant at night. I was traveling by myself and I didn't feel safe walking around at night so I ordered room service and the food arrived very quickly and was really, really tasty.

Good hotel
The hotel is good and personnel was very nice. The rooms are fully equipped and the breakfast has a large variety of choice. The only bad point about it was the parking, which was close to the hotel but not easy to access at all. As an overall, i would recommend it very much for a business trip.
