“Had a pleasant stay”

The hotel was nice/clean and the housekeeping team were really hospitable and friendly. Front desk staff, though, needs improvement. It took me a long time to check-in and check-out. It would also be nice if some ammenities like a gym and pool are present.

“Great value in the area”

This hotel is a great choice if you have business in the Alabang area. The amenities are fine for a business traveler, though leisure travelers find some amenities lacking like a swimming pool. I just needed a clean, reliable place with a comfortable room where I could rest after long days at our office, and this met my needs perfectly. I have stayed in other more expensive hotels in the area, but found the extra amenities were unnecessary for my needs.

“Good value for money”

Good option for travelers looking for good quality and value with no frills in the Alabang area. There aren't many hotel choices in the area, and while this hotel doesn't have fancy extras like a bar with live entertainment or a pool, it has all the necessities and a decent breakfast also. The hotel is very new and the rooms are in perfect shape. I strongly recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for a good rest and who don't require any fancy extras.

“Recommended”

Excellent hotel, courteous and friendly staff. Away from major roads, so no traffic noise. Only disturbance came from bathroom noise through the adjoining room door, Suggest room with no adjoining room. Overall very pleasant and value for money.

“Philippines version of premier inn.... but not quite premier”

Everything was clean and tidy. Staff in the one restaurant were very helpful and willing to accomodate particular needs, such as a sandwich from their shop with just the fillings I wanted (no meat). Also they provided milk for my coffee instead of me having to put up with the standard 'coffee mate' creamer. Very very limited selection for a vegetarian. Also restaurant and bar closed at 9pm so if you wanted or needed to eat after that time, it would involve finding somewhere outside the hotel. This would only really be possible if you were familiar with a) the language and b) the area in which the hotel is located. Arranging to extend my stay took a while to organise but they got there in the end.
