“Second visit confirms our previous good impression”
We stayed six nights here in the middle of winter 2004, and liked it so well that when we wanted to spend three nights in Munich this spring our decision to return to the Hotel Nymphenburg was easy. As before, we were well satisfied. Our room was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good indeed.

“Great For A Weekend”
Three short stops on the U Bahn from the Hauptbahnhof this small hotel is very friendly, clean and affordable for travellers of all combinations. My single room had in fact accomodation for three but one of my friends had a single room which was pretty small but still had full bathroom facilities. Breakfast, which was included, was very typical for Bavaria with cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cereals, eggs etc as a help yourself buffet. My Friday to Monday long weekend is never long enough for this great friendly city. Get out and about and explore the nooks and alleyways for terrific small eating places and small family bars. One thing to look forward to is that, come January, Bavaria is going non smoking throughout all public places which will really enhance your experience of Muenchen. Always the mark of a fine hotel is the answer to the question "would you stay there again?". Well the answer is most certainly yes, both as an individual and in future with my family.
“Hotel Nyphemburg City”
This is an older hotel and the rooms are small. But the staff is wonderful and they make your stay very enjoyable. The owner is on site and someone is on the desk around the clock. If you like breakfast this is a nice one. It is handy to the underground train but a bit far out to walk to Marianplatz. The area is quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

I stayed in a single room for two nights on business. The room was small (definitely a single) but perfectly comfortable with all I needed. Breakfast was a really very good and varied continental buffet which should suit anyone who doesn't crave a hot cooked meal. My only small complaint was the wireless internet which kept dropping out, and cost too much (after all its free in many hotels).
“Will stay here again”
This hotel is a short walk (~5 min) from a train station. The train stations are the way to get around in Munich - they are well laid out and very convenient. Hotel Nymphenburg has some of the best staff we have ever encountered. The rooms are small, as most European hotels are but the view was great and the beds were comforatable.

“Munich what a great place”
Hotel Nymphenburg was in a great location and only 2 stops on the Ubahn. It is a very friendly hotel but we were given a room on the front but it was so noisy. However when we asked if we could change there was no problem and the next day were given a new room at the back. The hotel is very clean and lovely breakfast . There are some great posters in the hotel apparently they have over 1500. I would not hesitate in staying there again if we return to Munich.
