Property was located next door to a strip club. My room was on the 2nd floor right above the entrance to the strip club and shared a wall with the strip club. It t was loud and I heard music at night. When I looked out my window I could see stripping reflected in the windows of the buildings across the street. I’m not sure if this was live or a video but it clearly showed a round stage with strippers. It was loud, very unsettling, and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I asked to be moved the next night and the hotel gave me a new room without asking questions and that room was good. I would like to request a refund for the first night in the unacceptable room.

Hotel breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. It was very noisy on the street and the hotel could not more us the first night because they were full. Any issues about the reservation were met with a blank stare and a “you booked with an outside party so we don’t know anything.”

Hi! Hotel picture of room is misrepresented! Shower so small I bumped my head on the wall so hard! Bed has one flat pillow and room is congested ! I had such a hard uncomfortable bed and slept only few hours This is coated in a dirty looking street area! Strip joint is close by such a seedy are! Went for a walk andsomeone was following from the receptionist was very unfriendly the first one I met and as soon as she finished conversation head went downwards just not courteous and unwelcoming! I checked out after first night very early and checked into Eden Wolff right across central station!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.Its very conveniently located near the train station, restaurants and Marienplatz. It’s very clean and staff is supportive n polite.

Sadly, there are a number of erotic night clubs very close by. The area just wasn't very pleasant, although at no time did we feel unsafe. The hotel itself was great. It was close to transportation, had a free breakfast, which was excellent, and was surpringly quiet.

Location was perfect for me, very close to the Central Train station and Karlsplatz then Marienplatz. It is small with no real lounge area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean. The bathroom was newer. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Hotel is showing its age. What’s not in the description, it’s right next to a strip club.

The hotel itself was very clean, rhe staff were really polite and helpful, and the rooms were as you'd expect tidy with all the normal stuff however they were on the small side, bathroom was particularly tight, breakfast was good, well stocked there is no aircon in the rooms so they were really warm overnight meaning we had to have the windows open, which is where our issue was, our room was on the front of the building and not the hotels fault at all but there is a bar next door which is open through the night and on the weekend it was rowdy outside way into the small hours, so if you open the windows the noise seems to amplify around the room, ear plugs definitely needed, our friend had a room on the rear which was quiet, luck of the draw I suppose, the week day night was not a problem

Great location close to the Munich Main Train station and Underground. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Provided us with information on restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good and plentiful The only thing was it was noisy at night outside so bring earplugs.

Nice place with good breakfast. The street it is on is busy and sometimes a bit noisy. Admittedly, we happened to be there during Pride week so it was very much party mode. Close to everything ie: shops, restaurants and train

The hotel was alright, the room was decent, the breakfast was good and the staff was good. The area around the hotel is kind of shady though. There is a strip club next to it along with some other bars and thus noisy nights. We did wake up a few times during the night due to the noise on the street. There is no AC, so you might have to keep the window open on hot summer nights and that makes it worse.

Totally inadequate for €200
I mean, if you really want to pay €200 per night to sleep in a tiny room with a tiny bathroom on an uncomfortable double bed falsely advertised as a queen bed (sorry guys, 140 cm is NOT queen size) in a hotel located on a seedy street next to strip clubs, this is your place. I will give them this: the breakfast is very good.

Very small rooms/shower and elevator. Small area for breakfast so couldn’t sit at one of the tables to eat as it was full. Strip club next door and very noisy outside.

On top of a strip club
This hotel is fine except it is directly on top of a strip club and the streets are extremely loud at night. First receptionist was not overly friendly but also not unpleasant? Hotel room was clean enough. The main plus was that it is a very quick walk to the station and quite cheap.

Worst hotel ever!
Worst hotel ever! Right above a strip club and you hear heels on the dance floor till 5am! No air circulation and can’t open the window or you will hear people talking and the strippers yelling outside the window all night.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were fantastic! The food choices at breakfast were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Since the weather was cool and we could open the windows, it was not uncomfortable without air conditioning. Also, there was a stand fan in the closet. However, the windows wouldn’t stay open without propping them open, but the drawback at night with the windows open was the noise outside. Fortunately the weather was cool enough at night to keep the windows closed so the noise wouldn’t bother us too much. The stand fan helped with that, too. I would recommend this hotel. It is pretty convenient to the train station.

I showed up seriously early and they were very helpful and patient in providing local information so I could kil some time running errands. My room was very clean, the hotel was in a good location for me and the breakfast hit the spot. The only thing negative I can say is the neighborhood is noisy but I would definitely stay there again.

Fine if you want to be near the train station.
The location and main road is a little seedy. There is a lot of activity on the street, but it might be like this anywhere near the train station. Our room was fine and check-in was simple. They held our bags for us while we did a day trip, so that was nice. The rooms are okay, and standard. The garbage was not changed in my bathroom. Internet has been reliable and there is a breakfast included.

The hotel was located next door to a strip club. The rooms were cramped, much smaller than they appear in the pictures. The guests in the room down the hallway played loud music all night with the door open. We finally had to request that they at least close th front door (why would you blast music with the door open in the middle of the night? Really?). I left two items of clothes in the room by mistake and called the hotel several times and got no answers. Literally! One man took my information down and said he would get back to me by the next day. He never got back to me. I know I left my clothes there, so if they don’t have them, the room service staff must have stollen them or threw them away?? The only thing I can say that was better than expected was the complementary breakfast. There were lots of food options and everything was kept fresh.

Decent hotel in convenient, if a little shady, area very near the Hauptbahnhof (Central train and underground station). 15 min walk to the historical square, Marienplatz.Directly next door is an exotic dancing place, though.
