“Great Hotel........”
What goes on outside the hotel doors is not their problem. In side the hotel and in the breakfest room, I would rate it as a 5..............
“Simple, comfortable hotel”
This was a nice hotel, not much down in the lobby area except a reception desk. Reception was very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and pleasantly elegant, it was a bit small, but typical of most European hotels. AC is an open window, again, typical in Germany. Good place for someone seeking a budget conscious yet elegant hotel, someone who's moved past the hostel level of accommodation but isn't ready to pay for a 4 star hotel.
“A great location”
Really only 1 block from train station. I came out of the train station into pouring rain and was delighted to cross the street and walk to the end of the next block and find the hotel. It is modern and nice. What you read about small is true. My single room was very small, but adequate. It had nice bedding and very nice. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. And, lucky for me, spoke English. It was only a 10 minute walk to the pedestrian mall and I spent the only day I had there walking around and seeing many of the sights. I would stay at this hotel again.

“Small room but clean and convenient”
Room was small, but very clean. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that the room didn't have an electrical converter for U.S. electric, so I couldn't charge my electric razor or phone. Also there were no wash cloths, generally supplied by most hotels in the world, for washing. Apparently they consider wash cloths a personal item, like underwear, you should bring along yourself. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English. The hotel is well located for sight seeing and using the train.

Très bonne situation à côté de la gare centrale. Chambres calmes et fonctionnelles mais assez petites - surtout pour deux personnes -. L'internet/WIFI ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs mois.
“Perfect weekend stop”
The hotel was for lack of a better word EXCELLENT. Clean, well presented and everything worked. Only minutes away from main train station.
“Good stay”
Was unsure about this Hotel after all the poor reports I have seen on it but I was very pleasantly surprised. The check-in was very easy and the receptionist was extremely heplful. The room was fine. I would stay there again if I was in Munich.
