“Perfect Hotel for Oktoberfest”
We stayed here three nights for Oktoberfest. The hotel is literally around the corner from the fest. It had everything we could ask for. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was an adequate size as was the bathroom. Shower was a bit strange with no door - I had trouble keeping the water off of the floor. But other than that we loved this hotel. Free use of computers in lobby to print boarding passes. It was expensive because of the fest, but worth it.
“Best of Trip”
This is a brand new hotel located about 10 minutes from the train station by foot and 12-15 minutes from Old Town. A metro station is about 5 minutes away. Elevators are fast. Car parking is available and close. We felt safe all hours of the day and night went outside the hotel. The hotel itself has spacious rooms that are decorated in colors that are welcoming. The bathroom is roomy. The room features a fairly large flat screen TV. It is so new that the sidewalk out front was still being constructed, but posed no problem. We just completed a 3 week tour of France, Switzerland and Germany. This was our best accomodation.
“Great hotel, helpful staff”
I loved this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. It had a balcony with a beautiful city view. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. Most spoke very English very well. The restaurant was also fabulous! Food was good and service was outstanding. The staff was always smiling and happy to answer any question I had. It wasn't very close to any attractions, but it was only about a 5 minute walk to the S bahn, and then a few stops away from Marienplatz. I would definitely suggest this hotel, and would certainly stay here again myself.
“Great experience”
Basically new... smelled great! Really clean. Desk staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location was good, a little bit far from downtown, but nice in that it has a great place for jogging. We like to walk so the distance to train and downtown was not a problem. Once we figured out the subway system it was really convenient that way. GREAT EXPERIENCE for our 40th year anniversary trip.
“Excellent hotel,wrong location!”
It is difficult to fault the hotel but its location could be far more convenient for the tourist. There are no immediate public transport links either to soften the blow. So allow for taxi bills unless you are young and very mobile, if you want to make the most of this wonderful city!!
“Quality hotel in Munich”
Comfortable, convenient, reasonable price and frienfly staff are the most valuable elements of this first-class service hotel (though it is only a 4-star hotel) in Munich.
“Four Points Sheraton”
Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The location was very good. Small elevator and tiny workout room but the basics were definitely there. Very comfortable; perfect for business travel. Very helpful front desk staff. Friendliest wait staff at the breakfast buffet!
“solid hotel recommend”
This hotel was in a good location, walking distance to the square. The front was under construction but did not get in the way or create noise. The lobby was very nice and modern with friendly staff at the desk and bar. Drinks were priced good. The building seemed to be recently remodeled and everything looked amazing. The room had A/C and that was a big deal because most reasonably priced hotels in Germany do not have A/C. The room was and clean and comfortable. The TV had a program to watch movies, cable, and music. For the price this hotel can’t be beat and I will stay every time I go to Munich.
“Nil Complaints, will return on our next trip”
We were very happy with the service provided by the staff; the location of the hotel for; sightseeing, shopping, restaurants. The room was quite large (for a hotel), daily housecleaning and free internet in foyer were a fantastic bonus. Hotel has a bar/restaurant downstairs, happy hour every day and very handy.

5 MINS FROM S-BAHN...straight from airport. 3 MINS FROM UNDERGROUND. 1MIN FROM OCTOBERFEST GROUNDS. Buy the group rail ticket and get outside the city.
