“would stay here again”
Rooms have a living room area, very updated bathrooms, with toiletries - unsual for Europe. A little longer walk to Munich center than expected, but not bad. Attached car park - for a fee - a nice feature if you rent a car.

“20s-40s somthings book the Flemings”
Modern accomodations,feather covers and pillows on beds, quite,friendly and helpful staff, good food smoked salmon, fresh croissants, fruit etc at breakfast included. Central location in Schawbing, walking distance to Tantris, short cab ride to BMW Welt or M.O.C., 45 euros to airport. Will visit again.

Flemings Hotel Mumich Schwabing perfect for a city break. Bedroom very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom, although small, was quite adequate. Excellent breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good public transport nearby.

Good location, neat and clean hotel, friendly staff, non-smoking room, good bed, clean room, excellent bathroom, free wifi, excellent breakfast. Quiet rooms, no disturbance even though there were lots of people about, good sleep.
“Next generation hotel aims to please and does”
Stayed here at the front end of a trip to the Alps. Located in the popular Schwabing district but truthfully at the edge of where the cafes and nightlife are, but that was not a big issue. Staff was very professional and helpful, rooms were very modern and comfortable, if a little small. Bed was excellent. I dinged them for cleanliness only because there was a random beer bottle in my room wen I arrived, although the rest of the room was immaculate. Free Wifi. Breakfast was included and was really outstanding, fresh fruits and meats and cheeses and breads, and was included in room price. Contrast this place with the Hilton Garden where we stayed on the back end of the trip-a typical old-school hotel that dings you for every little thing, more expensive, ridiculous rates for internet and telephone calls, no included breakfast. Flemings was a great value and a better experience straight-up. Highly recommended.
“Great stay!”
Great location- Schwabing, block and a half from the subway (the Muenchner Freiheit stop), and walking distance to the English Garden. My room was very large for Munich standards, the hotel staff was very helpful, and the adjoining restaurant was very tasty- nice place to stop for a cocktail- or to try one of their featured hot chocolates. Would definitely stay again- and will recommend to others. I was in Munich for work, and my offices are not in neighborhood- but the hotel is worth the extra minutes of commuting!
“Fantastic stay”
The hotel could not have been better, the staff were always polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were immaculate. The train into the city centre was close to the hotel and we never had long to wait. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.
“The room was great”
I had a junior suite and it was massive in size and beautifully appointed. Well worth the money and the rate was so cheap for the type of room! The Schwabing area is an excellent place to stay that is a little out the main hustle and bustle of Munich city, but still has great facilities and restaurants. It's also very close to the Englischer Gartens

older hotel but well kept rooms small but comfortable seems like safe neighbourhood close to subway and shopping area good value for money spent
