“Ideally suited for exploring Munich”
Arrived Sunday pm was allocated a comfort room on the sixth floor (upgraded). Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Staff attentive and breakfast was brilliant. Only comment was that you had to ask for tea and coffee facilities in your room.

“Just what I wanted”
For a short visit to Munich this was entirely satisfactory. Good and cheerful staff service and an excellent breakfast. Proximity to the main Station was a great advantage.

Hands down, the best breakfast we experienced during a three week trip trough Europe. Nice, clean hotel, convenient to train station, but a bit of a walk to Munich sights.

The Best Western Hotel Cristal is the perfect location when attending Oktoberfest. It is walking distance to the fairgrounds and is a clean hotel
“Great location, clean hotel and friendly staff”
The Hotel was lovely, We Stayed there for a couple nights and the room was very clean, the train station was a five minute walk away and the centre of town was a ten minute walk away. We had no need for taxi's at all during our stay and there was a lovely German cafe opposite the hotel that we had breakfast in both mornings (as the hotel breakfast was a little pricey). the staff were very friendly and helped us with directions, attraction suggestions and train times. There were a couple of sex shops and casinos around the hotel but even walking around at 2-3am I felt very safe and the despite this, the hotel did not seem to be located in a sleazy area. My only criticism is that the hotel was a little hot which wasn't an issue as I just slept with the window open. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
“Great hotel in Munich”
Gave Comfort of the Room only 4 because we had a room on the street and it was quite noisy most of the night...a Saturday night. Otherwise the hotel is great; this is our second time there. The first time we had a quieter room. Great location just a block and a half from the train station and U-bahn, S-bahn, and trains to anywhere you want to go.
“Bon hotel !”
Bon, une chambre donnant sur la rue... (réveil à partir de 5h car la circulation autour de la gare est dense ; merci les bouchons d'oreilles) mais la qualité Best Western est toujours au Rendez-Vous ! Pour un prix somme toute pas si élevé pour la qualité demandée. Et puis, être à côté de la gare est un plus. A recommander.
“Germany Stay”
Overall the hotel met our needs. It did provide accomodations for 3 adults in one room which was hard to find in Munich. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The location was on a very busy street therefore it was very noisey. During hot weather it would be uncomfortable as it has neither air conditioing or screens on the windows. This is very common in many European hotels.
