Arrived at Munich airport at 7:00 AM and was going to leave the next day at 11 AM. So, decided to check into this hotel. That turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle, but a city bus goes right from the airport to the doors of the hotel. every 20 minutes. The hotel is very well-known with the bus stop names after it. So, one can never miss the stop. The staff were very friendly. They let me check in relatively early, only a couple of hours after I got there. The room was very nice, clean, fully equipped, and very quiet. I spent the whole time in my room, resting and getting work done.

A great hotel located in a quiet part of Munich yet the centre is easily accessible by the U-Bahn nearby. The hotel itself is a great idea having suites which are ideal for families complete with a separate toilet and bathroom, microwave, fridge and a small sink area. The huge bed is screened off from where the kids pull out beds are so the adults can watch TV without disturbing the kids too much if they don't want to go downstairs to the (reasonably priced) bar area. The rooms have proper black out blinds in all the windows and there was ample storage space and power sockets - something that kept everyone's gadgets topped up and the kids happy. The staff were most helpful and assisted when our hire car was damaged overnight by another car. The parking is free offsite on the side roads in what is a mixed office and residential area. There didn't seem to be any restrictions on this but it can be a bit tight, hence the bumper scrape we received! All in all I would recommend the hotel to any family looking for somewhere cheap to stay and use as a base to explore the area.

This is the most thoughtfully arranged accommodation in an aparthotel that we have encountered. The room is spacious with a pull out table from under the desk and an additional fold up chair for dining. The WiFi was strong and reliable. The kitchen was well equipped with a multifunctional microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a two burner stove. Two grocery stores are within walking distance. The Dutches Theater is also within walking distance, as are most other attractions, including the town center, the river, the gardens, the Glypothek, several churches and museums. It's a great location, the staff were professional and all appliances worked as intended.

We arrived early and they let us check in early. It was a nice surprise because most hotels do not allow you to do this. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The only thing that we had any problems with were the pillows. They were quite flimsy and felt like you were just sleeping on the mattress. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would get it included with the room. They do have parking, but call ahead to get a spot. Overall we had a very good experience with this hotel. Very, Very pleased!
