Rooms have good space, quite comfortable, beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice. Rooms are incredibly quiet. You never hear anything, no doors, no people, no airplanes. Construction is modern. Rates are very reasonable. Shuttle bus is 100 feet away and runs every 20 minutes and costs 1.40 euro.

A great hotel located in a quiet part of Munich yet the centre is easily accessible by the U-Bahn nearby. The hotel itself is a great idea having suites which are ideal for families complete with a separate toilet and bathroom, microwave, fridge and a small sink area. The huge bed is screened off from where the kids pull out beds are so the adults can watch TV without disturbing the kids too much if they don't want to go downstairs to the (reasonably priced) bar area. The rooms have proper black out blinds in all the windows and there was ample storage space and power sockets - something that kept everyone's gadgets topped up and the kids happy. The staff were most helpful and assisted when our hire car was damaged overnight by another car. The parking is free offsite on the side roads in what is a mixed office and residential area. There didn't seem to be any restrictions on this but it can be a bit tight, hence the bumper scrape we received! All in all I would recommend the hotel to any family looking for somewhere cheap to stay and use as a base to explore the area.

Wonderfully designed suites for those who like to stay a while and not eat in restaurants every night. I was in Munich for eight days. A very well equipped kitchen is brilliantly designed into the entrance of the suite with a good sized fridge, two burner cook top, small microwave/ convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker etc.. with all the pots and dishes you need. The suite has a murphy that is very easily managed. Therefore you have an actual living room when the bed is up. The set up for the desk is excellent with a table beneath it that expands your work or dining space considerably. Good WIFI service - it is free though I paid a small fee for faster service. There are groceries and food halls around, but the most convenient place is just on the corner where they have a big salad bar, deli, cheese counter and hot 'home-cooked' meals to go. You can eat well without having to cook. Also just around that corner is a laundromat that will take in your laundry and do it for you for a small fee. The subway is close by and I was able to get to all the galleries and the opera in 10 minutes. The train station is 5 minutes away for all you day trips. It was quiet and clean. The bathroom was a decent size with heated floors and the best hot shower I've ever had in Europe. My only complaint was the heat was too high and apparently could not be lowered in winter. I like it cool. However, I just cracked the large windows and all was well. I slept like a baby.

We arrived early and they let us check in early. It was a nice surprise because most hotels do not allow you to do this. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The only thing that we had any problems with were the pillows. They were quite flimsy and felt like you were just sleeping on the mattress. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would get it included with the room. They do have parking, but call ahead to get a spot. Overall we had a very good experience with this hotel. Very, Very pleased!
