We had a harbor view room which faced the sunset. There is a wide promenade by the harbor and you may walk or run or just sit and enjoy. Complimentary yoga is offered by the pool at 7am and I enjoyed started my day off with it. The breakfast was complimentary with our room and had all types of offerings, continental and Indian. The staff and servers are abundant and so helpful. Really suggest you try this hotel out!

This is the best place to stay to enjoy South Mumbai. It is sea facing hotel located on Nariman Point. You are on Marine drive as soon as you get out of the hotel.

Wonderful location and sea facing room were the highlights as were the kindness of the staff and their attention to detail. The ambience of the hotel is so calming - it really is a sanctuary after the busy Mumbai street.

We had an exceptional couple of days at Trident Nariman Point. We checked in on our 20th anniversary, and the hotel had a wonderful towel sculpture and rose petals on the bed, a bouquet, and a wonderful cake to welcome us in the room. This set the tone for the rest of the stay, which was first class all around. The newly refurbished, sea view room was significantly better than the one I stayed in a few years ago. Excellent experience, and a location that can’t be beat - we will be back!!

The customer service was amazing and myself and my husband was extremely impressed with the quality of service we received, it was a very comfortable stay and each staff went above and beyond to welcome us and we would definitely return to the hotel.

Great hotel, fascinating city
The room we enjoyed for four days was comfortable and immaculate. We dined in two of the restaurants and found both excellent. Through the concierge, we hired a guide for half-day tours of the city, a spice market, and a slum. All were worthwhile. The only drawback to our stay was heavy smog; we didn't do as much walking around outdoors as we would have liked.

One of the Worst 5 Star in Mumbai. Don’t accommodate the guest request at all. Staff was very rude specially the Manager is not professional. Dont waste your money here

The hotel itself is good. Its clean, plenty of open space to hangout, tasty food at the restaurants, lovely view from the pool etc. Staff is polite, patient and helpful. The check in however was slow. We only got 1 room at 2:30pm and even though promised, that the other room would be ready in 30 min and keys delivered to us in our first room, we never received it. Eventually after 90 min past the scheduled check in time, I had to go to the check in counter myself again to get a room. I think it would have been nice if they kept their word and brought the keys to us on time.

To die for Ocean view!
Amazing property. The Ocean facing rooms have a view to kill for. Usual top notch over the top Oberoi service. Have been coming to this property for 50 years, unfailingly my faith in them is affirmed.

We booked a club level room. We were meant to have a king bed and a single bed. However this is not what we got. We got 2 single beds. There is now way the room is designed to accommodate 3 like it says

Slightly outdated, but great hotel nonetheless
The Trident was wonderful. The room was comfortable, if slightly outdated in feel. The bed was very firm, which I loved. The hotel staff was so accommodating. Concierge ordered me a car and driver to take my family around town. Housekeeping brought us extra fruit when my kids got hungry in the middle of the night (we were going to order room service, but the fruit came with the room each night). Housekeeping also left the kids a gift each with a sweet note. We didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurants or the bar (being renovated during our stay) but breakfast was a mix of pastries, cereal, Indian food, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has most things you would need, and the spa services were amazing. There’s also a small children’s play area by the pool to keep little ones occupied. The hotel itself was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again in the future

Lovely room; courteous, helpful staff; lavish (and delicious) buffet dinners and breakfasts. The head chef, Eshon, who presides over the several hotel restaurants pllus room service for about 150 rooms, is a warm, welcoming host who, somehow, finds time to pamper each guest individually (ask him for his chicken caesar salad). Among the very adept and helpful waiters in the buffet restaurant, Om stands out as particularly obliging and charming.
