“Excellent service and facilities for the price.”
The hotel at first glance didn't seem anything too spectacular, however you quickly gathered how good this hotel is. The service is A1, so friendly and they went out of their way for me, once calling my international mobile phone to tell me my driver was waiting (no charge). What I loved most was the little things like, free bottled water, free wi-fi and free quality breakfast. If you are staying by the airport, this hotel is brillant for the service, cleanliness, facilities and price. Will stay again.
“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel, Clean room and beddings. Just watch out for Long distance phone charges as they are priced rediculasly high, other than that hotel stay was great.
“Not Satisfied”
We expected this hotel to be the best of the three hotels we had booked in Mumbai however ,we were quite disappointed.Although the staffwere quite friendly and helpful we didn't feeltoo comfortable with the accomodation or thedecor of our room.We were very appreciative of the hotel staff allowing us early chek -in on our arrival,as we got into the city after a very long flight .The breakfast was good and substantial,however the service at breakfast needs improvement .Since the hotel provided a pick-up from the airport we made sure to inform them about our flight and arrival at the airport,but to our dismay we had to remind them again on arriupdatingval,besides they didn't have our names posted on a placard so we could locate the driver of the hotel. Overall we didn't find our room comfortable because the decor needed updating and afresh coat of paint. it lacked space to move around. This hotel didn't give us good value for our money,especially since the room is the most important feature for our comfort.
“Standard level hotel”
I spent two nights in Mumbai at the end of my business trip. Here is my evaluation: pros: + good location near airport on the way to the center. Easy to find, as it is on one of the main streets. + clean rooms + reasonable price + Irish pub in the basement cons: - no hot water - the taxi called by the hotel rocked the price (then I was very careful to ask for any additional services)
“Good hotel, good value”
I've stayed at this hotel 3 times, and I think it is a good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel is excellent, and the pub is certainly lively. Breakfast has a good variety including Western and Indian items. It is very convenient to both the airport and the Bandra-Kurla office complex. On the downside, some of the rooms are cramped and noisy. They tend to use hallways for storage which gives it a tacky appearance. Their internet service is awful.
“Ramee Guestline Hotel Khar”
Extremely noisy rooms above disco club, couldn't sleep without earplugs. Room was in bad shape, filthy linens with hair on them and leaking toilet, not very big. Hotel failed to provide airport pick-up although I confirmed by email as well as by phone in advance.
