“Ok for the money you pay”

The hotel was ok. I had problem with getting the airport shuttle, for which I prepaid for, to come and get me from the airport. Also the hotel does not allow guest in the room which is something I can't understand and have never had to deal with. Location is nothing special but if you just need to stay close to the airport it is good. The restaurant from the hotel has good food and the service is great.

“Low cost hotel”

It is a low cost budget hotel near airport. At its price, it may be ok what you get in a city like Mumbai.

“Scary outside but clean inside.”

It is very close to the international terminal. Straight out from the long block coming north from the terminal and turn right along the metro line under construction for two blocks and it is there. Looks scary and dreadful from outside. Whole bunch of slumlike shops and dirty surroundings, but it is much cleaner than expected once inside. The pickup guy at the airport never found me, but once I took a Rs 200 prepaid taxi and got there, I saw that they were scolding their driver at the airport for not finding me at the pickup area. The ladies at the desk and the older man (manager?) were very nice and helpful. The room was of a decent size, the bathroom was clean, the AC worked well and the room service food was great. They have a full-menu restaurant, which is absolutely needed, as one wouldn't find any clean restaurants nearby to walk to. The internet is free for one hour and then had a charge for the day (can't remember exactly how much but not exorbitant), but the signal was too weak and it never really connected in the room #119 that I stayed in. They offered to move me but I wasn't in urgent need of it for the short stay till the next flight. One thing I liked was that the bellboy and the guys who brought me food didn't ask for tips or hang around for it. I called one guy back and gave a tip and he was happy. Only had to wait 2 minutes for the drop to the airport. Not worth staying any more than for a few hours or overnight till the next flight though.

“Broken promises”

We stayed in this hotel twice and arranged airport transfers both times and the never showed. I called and made the reservation myself and was promise and even asked to pay the parking fee. Which I agreed to pay. But both times they never came to pick us up and I was travel with a sick infant. So I have already warned my friends about staying in this hotel. Also the room was very noisey from the otside traffic.
