Property is severely outdated. We got locked out of our room three times (suites). The shower was is poor condition with very low water pressure. Most amenities were off limits due to repairs (spa, gym, main restaurant). Food at the clubhouse wasn't great at all and only one person was doing everything. The staff was great but I would not have stayed here if I knew everything was being repaired and the condition of the room was so poor. I will stay again once everything is back up and running and remodeled because of the quiet and beautiful scenery.

The breakfast was only free if you got cold options, otherwise you had to pay $10 for the usual standard complimentary grub of pancakes, bacon, hashbrowns.

This property has units spread out across a decent area, so the rooms are clustered by buildings. We were in the suites which overlook the golf course. The view was pretty and the setting in the woods was peaceful. We were there in February so it was very quiet - not sure if there is more people during the summer. You can tell they are trying to make upgrades to the property, but the "bones" feel a bit tired/well used. Our room was fine, but the TV volume didnt work and one of the dresser drawers kept sliding open (we had to sit a bag in front of it so we didn't run into it). It was fine for a one night stay/stopover which is what we needed it for.

Convenient and affordable for skiing at Mt Hood. Property needs updating, and is under construction/remodel. Heating in room was inadequate. Hot tub very small for this very large complex.

TV did not work so I wanted to call front desk and that's when I found out the phone did not work. Woke up in the morning and the room coffee machine was not working. I can understand one unexpected failure, but three in one room is neglect.

Nice room, enjoyed the hot tub & pool. Good continental breakfast. Beautiful grounds - tall fir trees. Only drawback was that outdoor lighting was non-existent during our stay, which was both an inconvenience and a safety hazard. Bldg. 4

Great value
Location was close to everything around Mt. Hood without paying an arm and a leg. Restaurant food, staff and prices were unexpectedly fantastic. Hot tub + heated pool were a nice touch on a chilly night. Bestest Best Western I've ever stayed at!

Expected a lodge in which we could walk to amenities inside hotel. They are apartments that when cold require driving to pool and hot tub—which really means not using them. We tried walking in the cold last night to use them, but could not easily find them in the dark. Gave up and returned to room.

The property was very clean and the staff was amazing. Check-in was effortless with Tre was very nice with his Hollywood haircut :). The food at the restaurant next to the lobby was delicious and the bartender was very accommodating and friendly. The two ladies at the front desk during the day were very accommodating and a pleasure. Loved the room with the fireplace large shower and very comfortable bed.

We only stay here to use the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was about 80 degrees. Complete waste of a trip and money.
