"Midas is a cute little hotel with nice little cabanas, which is where we stayed. Pool and bar were a great way to end a long hot day. Only complaint would be 4 days of cold showers. No hot water. But other than that, it was good."

"Stunning hotel in the middle of know where but easily to access MaYan parks. Staff could not be more helpful and are a joy to spend time with. The Frie Tower is exquisite and superb views and facilities. The outside restaurant (Slate) is not to be missed with outstanding food and experiences."

"It is a beautiful setting on top of the hill above town. So walking to it was challenging but fun for me. Staff were awesome. If you are a light sleeper don’t get a room above the bar and restaurant. Comfy room. Warm water runs out in the afternoon but when it’s hot out it feels great to take a cool shower."
