“Nice stay in Mountain Home”
We stay in Mountain Home quite often but this is the first time at Hampton Inn. My 10 year old son LOVED the hotel, especially the swimming pool. The cookies are great and the breakfast was wonderful. Given the price of meals, staying at the Hampton was economical as well as enjoyable. We'll be back.

LOVED THE INDOOR HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB. THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
“First choice accomodations when we travel”
This was our 2nd visit to Hampton/Mt. Home - and we returned because of the first class staff and facility. The room (king suite) was quiet and immaculate, the staff was sincerely welcoming, check-in was a breeze, the continental breakfast was fresh, varied, and plentiful. Our experience with Hampton across the country has been consistently clean, quiet, and comfortable with friendly and courteous staff. I always look for Hampton when I travel. Mt. Home has been first class with us.
“Excellent Hotel”
We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we entered. The lobby was welcoming, as was the staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only down-side was that there wasn't much to do or see in the area. For us, this was a one night stop-over on our way to another destination, we didn't know a lot about the surrounding area prior to arriving. That said, the hotel was excellent and a very good value for the price.
“Close to where I need to be”
The only thing wrong with this hotel was a couple of minor maintenance issues concerning open grout and caulk joints in the bathroom. The location is great just off the freeway. There are numerous restaurants with in walking distance, both fast food and dining in styles. Hotel amenities are excellent, I just need to make time to use them more often when in town.
“Mountain Home's Finest”
Hotel is fairly new. Beautiful facility. Work-out room. indoor pool, nice breakfast. Close to restaurants, gas station and stores. We would definitely stay here again.
“Best place to stay in Mountain Home, ID.”
We've stayed here two times previous visiting family in Mountain Home. It is always clean and well maintained. It's right off the freeway and the view is pretty barren but the staff is always available and the rooms are always very clean. Pool is well maintained and the breakfast buffet is always clean and full.
“If you're going to Mountain Home...”
It's not the hub of modern society, but if you've got a reason to be there, or if you're on your way somewhere, it's a good enough place to stop. The hotel has been kept in quite good repair over the years. We enjoyed our stay. My wife loved the decor and colors and all that sort of stuff. The hot tub jet switch was kind of broken, but we got it to work and they should fix it soon enough. The front desk was very helpful, especially with directions to where we wanted to eat and where we were going in the morning.
