“LOVED it!”

“Very Nice”

This was an awesome place. We stayed for the first night of our honeymoon. Everything was beautiful. The people were really nice. the continental breakfast was very plentiful and good.

“Great ambience on the outside; managment could be improved”

Nice ambience on the outside and it felt like vacation in that way. Hotel room was modest and breakfast was "fine" except we were left to our own to figure out where everything was...guests helped inform other guests. In the 45 minutes we were at breakfast no one from the hotel was there which felt neglectful. I'd stay again but without more attentive management I'm hesitant to recommend it.

“Nice hotel with a view of Mt. Shasta”

Very friendly staff and cute room. The room needed an additional heater that the staff provided. Breakfast was nice with many choices. The garden area has a nice view of Mt. Shasta.

“April Mt. Shasta visit.”

Very friendly staff - very accommodating and helpful. Our "cozy queen" was very comfortable - and within walking distance to a couple delicious restaurants. We would come back!

No drinking glasses. Not the best bed. Very nice ambiance. No Kleenex. Nice setting. Excellent restaurant (The Woodsman across the street part of their property) for breakfast.

“not very clean”

Room was very small and the bathroom floor still had hair from the last guests on the floor. The room never was swept the entire time I stayed. The bed was made three times in the five days I stayed, and the trash never emptied.

“Staying in Mount Shasta”

The motel needs to invest in new towels, as the towels we used had stains and were threadbare. The motel did not clean the room during our two-night stay - we did not return to the room until the evening of the second night, so had no chance to contact housekeeping. The front desk was unmanned during many hours of operation, as the staff also works at a sister hotel across the street. All of this notwithstanding, the room was large and comfortable.
