overall a good hotel,a few fixtures didn't work right, but it was quiet.

This Hotel was clean and comfortable; a nice continental breakfast and freindly staff. Linens were very soft, but quite worn and perhaps newer stock needs to be rotated into the inventory, same of towels. The in-room thermal coffee pot was a very nice feature. I would also suggest upgrading to queen-size beds instead of doubles.

Hotel was very busy with a softball tournament in town, but the staff was very friendly and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was a nice added bonus. Nice experience.

was very impressed, checked in close to midnight, check out was not til noon, coffee was ready, toaster was a little slow.......think they should get a new one.......other than that it was great

“Very Basic Hotel, but Not For People Who Are Fussy!”

Good points: inexpensive, shuttle service (weekends only) to Soaring Eagle Casino for $5 round trip. The shuttle driver was a very nice older man. coffee maker in room, the room was very clean considering how run down it was. Front desk staff very nice and polite. Bad points: bad odor in hallways, run down facilities (broken nightstand lamp, shower head coming out of wall, mold or mildew in corner of bathroom (not housekeeping's fault; this was like a caked on kind of mold). VERY noisy. Could hear people out in the hallway in middle of night even with TV going. In morning could hear our neighbors next door while at the sink. Still....it suited our purpose. We just needed an inexpensive place to crash after seeing a show at Soaring Eagle. We weren't too fussy since we weren't planning on spending much time at all in the room. We didn't even use the shower.
