“Not impressed”

Prior to arrival at this hotel Expedia reccomended that we contact the hotel direct to arrange check in if arriving late. (Which we did ) on arrival there was no key waiting for us and no one around to help us. After a few hours of waiting in sub zero temp. the emergency line got hold of someone to come up and help us out,. I could go on and on about the bad service this place offers but this space is not long enought to explain all the errors this place has. One good point thou are that the rooms are great and the view is fantastic , but if you are looking for service go somewhere else , the motels down the road in Methvan offer better service at half the price.
