i expected a normal queen size bed; did not understand that they were full size. the carpet and bedding and curtains and doors all need an upgrade. even though this is a historic hotel it needs major upgrades !

The location of this property is great. Right in the center of shopping and dining. The view of the lake is beautiful. Because it is an old property, you can definitely feel it. It smells old, the carpet is old and dirty. It would be great if slippers were provided because we can’t walk barefoot or with socks on, it was that dirty. There’s no microwave or refrigerator in the room, not even a chair. I wouldn’t go back again.
