“Great location”

I was there for just one night on a business trip, flying home from Frankfurt Hahn the next morning. The hotel is around 45 minutes drive from Hahn Airport. Bad Kreuznach is a nice old spa town. The hotel is rather good and I had a great room with Balcony overlooking the park. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was O.K. I'll stay here again when I've business in the Frankfurt area.

“Unwind”

“Great location, comfortable room, some staff concerns”

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. It is very convenient, centrally located in Bad Kreuznach, comfortable, large rooms, and a very cozy atmosphere. I especially like the breakfast buffet and the lobby area, which lends itself well to receiving guests or just relaxing with friends. I have had great experiences on both of my prior stays. This time, however, the hotel was uncharacteristically full for this time of year. Although we booked and confirmed a non-smoking room several months in advance, we were placed in a room that absolutely reeked of smoke. Expedia contacted the hotel for me when I booked to be sure that we would be able to have three people in the room, and the room was set up for three when we arrived. But when I checked out, I was told that I only booked the room for two and that I owed money for the third person. This was done in a rather terse way, in front of other guests, with the implication that I was trying to sneak in a third person. Needless to say, I was less than pleased. Aside from this situation, the dining room staff were very attentive, and so was the housekeeping staff. I was a huge fan of this hotel after my first two visits and have recommended it to many people. My most recent experience, however, was disappointing. If I recommend this hotel to someone else, it will be with reservation based on this experience.

“Terrible front dest”

The girl in reception was far from friendly. She kept making complains to me about arriving early and was not even able to provide any information on the activities their same brochure says they can give. She only kept saying she doesnt have a clue of what Im saying. Not friendly service for families with small childrens.
