“Elegance in a smaller 5 star hotel”
I stayed for three nights and had a great experience at the Savoy. Perhaps because it is a smaller hotel, the front desk staff could take care of everything, from arranging cars, tours and just being helpful with information. Even the serious doorman began to smile at me in recognition that I was a staying there after one day. While the two streets facing the hotel are just usual Moscow streets in size, the wealthy and govt. officials come to the area in their expensive cars and the Moscow police are stationed on the corner watching over things. A safe area even into the evening.

“A quiet oasis near the centre of Moscow”
Palatial hotel exuding old world charm. Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and very quiet rooms in a hotel that was not overly big. Couldn't have asked for more.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du Kremlin et des quartiers animés de la ville. Propreté impeccable de la chambre dans un style traditionnel. Belle piscine. Le rapport qualité / prix est correct dès lors que l'on prend en compte la chéreté générale de Moscou. L'hôtel peut par ailleurs organiser avec un taxi le transfert hôtel - aéroport pour 2.600 Rbl, ce qui est un prix très convenable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour des voyages en couple et / ou en famille.
“Excellent établissement !”
L'hôtel Savoy est idéalement situé, à deux pas du métro et de la place rouge. Le personnel parle plus ou moins bien l'Anglais et fera le maximum pour vous satisfaire. Les chambres sont confortables, jolies et sont très propres. La qualité du room service est également très bonne.
“Hotel Savoy Moscow - 5* hotel close to the Kremlin”
Very nice hotel that I strongly recommend. It's located near the Bolshoi T heather and the Red Square. You can can reach both within a few minutes walk. Personnel is kind and cordial and always ready to give you information. You have some nice restaurants on the street behind. I appreciated specially a Japanese one called Yaposha (Япоша).
“Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location”
The hotel was located very close to the Metro and just a short walk to Red Square. It was off the main street so it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet offered each morning included a good selection of items and fantastic coffee. Every night a chocolate was beside the bed which offered the perfect sweet before bedtime. The front desk staff was quite helpful and easily conversed in English (which was great since we did not speak any Russian). I would highly recommend this hotel to tourists or business travellers in Moscow.
“Luxury all round”
The Savoy Hotel offers outstanding service and represents good value , perfectly located near both The Bolshi Theater, Kremlin and Red Square. The staff are very friendly and nothing seems to much trouble , word of warning food and drinks are very expensive but the comfort, style and service makes up for it .

We got a fantastic rate through expedia so the value quotient was superb. Hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff is English speaking, helpful and friendly. Good location for walking to sites.
