“Would go back there again”

Very nice hotel. The service is excellent. All of the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I arrived a couple hours before check in, but the hotel provided a room for me anyway.

“Great hotel in Moscow”

The hotel is beautiful. It is a wonderful place to stay. For the price Hilton should offer free wi-fi but that is not the fault of the specific hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great experience”

When you have traveled from the USA via Copenhagen on a snowy day, arriving in this hotel was a wonderful experience. My large comfortable room had everything I needed and the next morning the copious free buffet breakfast just made everything perfect. I would not hesitate to return here or to recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Best Hotel in Moscow.... Probably the Best Hotel in the Hilton Network”

The reception staff at this hotel is simply fantastic. It is the benchmark of service that other hotels try to meet. They exceeded my expectations everytime I dealt with them. I arrived several hours before check in and although a room was not available, the reception staff let me go to the gym and shower and clean up, store my luggage and give me some ideas of things to do in Moscow before my room was ready. Nothing was too difficult, they were always willing to help. I am struggling to think of a hotel that I've stayed at where the service was as good. The building itself is an architectural icon, the rooms are a good size and quality. The metro station is a couple of minutes walk away. It is easy to get to Red Square as well as Domodevo Airport from here. If you can get a reservation at this hotel, take it - you will not find a better place to stay in Moscow.

“Mix of Hilton efficiency and Stalinist Barocco”

I have emigrated from Russia in the past so I am naturally quite sceptical about all things Russian but the service in the hotel quite impressed me. It is a sort of a mix of the Stalinesque design intended to overcome naive westerneners with Hilton comfort. On the negative side I would mention an awkward arrangement of furniture in my room. To switch off a lamp without switching off the others one have to press a flour pedal which is located beyond an armchair. It is possible only if you have very long legs or after moving the furniture around.

“Very Impressed”

The Hilton is stunning throughout. Most impressed with the entrance hall with its high deocorative ceilings. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and serving staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable with no less than two tvs plus lots of added extras. It was nice to come back for an evening swim in their spa and leisure available to all guests. A very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow.

“Hilton Leningradskaya : un excellent rapport qualité/prix”

Hôtel retenu sur base des avis d'autres clients lus sur internet. Pas de critères de comparaison car premier séjour à Moscou. Néanmoins, par rapport aux hôtels d'autres grandes villes européennes ou américaines, le personnel et les chambres sont tout à fait à la hauteur des attentes pour un hôtel de type Hilton. Seule remarque, le portier ne vient pas aider à porter les valises depuis le taxi... peût-être n'est-ce pas une habitude locale ? Accueil aimable en anglais. Chambre de taille moyenne, propre et bien aménagée. Salle de bain moderne et assez grande. Située au 10e étage, le bruit de la rue n'est que légèrement perceptible. Suite à certaines remarques sur les tarifs du petit-déjeuner, je ne l'ai pas pris à l'hôtel. Le quartier n'est pas vraiment joli mais aucun problème de sécurité, y compris la nuit. L'hôtel est à proximité du métro et permet de se rendre facilement dans les lieux d'intérêt touristique. Les plus débrouillards pourront donc venir de l'aéroport en train et métro, bien moins cher que le taxi et tout aussi rapide vu les embouteillages fréquents. Par rapport à une remarque d'un autre voyageur, je n'ai eu aucun problème avec le minibar dont j'ai retiré une partie du contenu pour y mettre mes propres boissons. Par rapport à tout ce que j'avais lu de négatif sur les hôtels moscovites, j'avais des attentes assez faibles mais je dois dire qu'au final j'ai été très satisfait de ce hôtel.
