Weekend trip
Did not stay long to enjoy all the amenities, but I think it was a good value for the price. Though I would not qualify this hotel as 5 stars as it lacks certain details to attentions of 5 star hotels.

The desk staff were very helpfull .Breakfast was very satisfying.I did not like the dining room furnitures,was unconfortuble to sit.In the room we had MOSQUITUS! The room is small.The location is a bit far from city center.

Nice hotel, accessible by bus and/or metro
Good location. It was very close to metro station, the bus stop literally just in front of the hotel. We stayed in 3rd floor which was perfect. The 6th floor was for party and sometimes was very noisy. The breakfast was good, even though we did not eat any cold meat. There were no enough sitting places on the breakfast time (no matter what breakfast time you attended) due to the occupancy of the big types of furniture (renaissance round table that occupied 4 people). The room was spotless clean including the bathroom. Overall, we will come back again to Moscow and order the same hotel room from Garden Ring hotel.

Good and welcoming
Breakfast is very very good but the service on one of the days of our stay was poor ( only one person on shift a lot of food types re louded as people came in and there was also a lack of comfortable sitting seats because originally they don’t have enough comfortable seating anyway .

The hotel was ideally located for restaurants, shopping and the metro. THE STAFF WAS JUST WONDERFUL AND SO WAS THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS AND SPA!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Place was over the top great. Staff was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. The pics of breakfast looked great but I chose to eat out every morning so I can’t comment on that. The same goes for the spa. As far the room goes it was great too. Only downside to the room was that the toilet paper could be used as sandpaper too. Nothing I hate more than cheap bad toilet paper at a super nice hotel.

Location is fantastic. Less than 15 minutes by subway to the centre of Moscow. Very friendly staff. I can speak Russian so we got along very well. They speak excellent English and can serve people from many countries. Friendliness from reception staff, bartenders, drivers, dining room staff, laundry and cleaning staff. Special thanks to reception staffer Kirill Solovyev. Since by law, you need an invitation from the hotel for your visa application, the Garden Ring hotel acted quickly on my request for the invitation.

Nice hotel with lovely staff
Enjoyed my stay at Golden Ring hotel. The location was good, place was clean and very nice spa. However, the staff made my stay, they were kind, helpful and friendly. Thank you to Paulina, Victoria, Olga, restaurant staff and Miko, you were all amazing. I recommend you stay at Golden Ring when visiting Moscow. :)

Moscow city trip
Excellent choice of hotel. Could be a bit livelier, but very well situated as a base to discover Moscow, close to two Metro stations, safe to come back to even late in the evening and many options for food or shopping close by.

Excellent hotel in Moscow! Has a boutique feel. Perfect location, very central yet quite and not facing major streets. Amazing breakfast and spa facilities including a swimming pool and saunas. Perfect room service. The room has everything you need, can’t think of anything that would be missing. Better than many American hotels in the $150 range. Great price vs value deal. Will be back without any doubt!

Great Hotel close to the Moscow Metro.
The hotel is amazing. My phone got stolen in the entrance of the hotel and the whole staff got involved in helping me with the police. Especially Ganadi. He is an excellent worker, caring and professional. Amazing spa area. Great choice at breakfast

Nice hotel with lovely spa/pool
Hotel staff very friendly , very clean , good range of food for breakfast , pool clean, spa facilities good . Very helpful concierge. Drawbacks - rooms very very hot and unable to alter room temperature and advised not to leave window open , apparent inability to get drinks (except vodka) cold . Advise you to source your own taxi as any journey within Moscow was 1000 rubs with the hotel taxi whereas returns to the hotel with ordinary taxi from the same place averaged 300 rubs. Also told 3500 for airport taxi arranged by hotel but driver then asked for a further 400 for parking ?? All in all a good place to be just a few pointers to consider

Ok place for business trips.
Generally it is a nice place to stay, especially for short business trips. Staff is supportive and helpful, rooms are comfortable. I would not recommend to eat in bar. I ordered chicken nuggets and I just could not eat them.

A hotel close to downtown Moscow
Garden Ring Hotel is a comfortable hotel about 30 minutes away from the major attractions of downtown Moscow. Staff all speak English and the hotel serves a large breakfast every day. Hotel is near a Metro stop with easy connections to all parts of Moscow.

Excellent choice for the money paid. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is very helpful. Location is a bit far from city center though (40m walk) but is located in a nice neighborhood

Nice hotel at Golden ring, great location
Stayed for 7 nights. Good free breakfast, nice clean rooms, great shower. Sauna and swimming pool are great as well. Public wifi quality was not great (I worked a lot using VPN and remote desktop), I asked for dedicated wifi router installed in my room - the private wifi was OK. Unirtunately, they have very limited routers fir private wifi.
