“Great stay”
I have been to the Aerostar in the past and never found it very appealing. It was closed for a number of years and since it's re-opening has been improved a lot. The service is great, breakfast is superb and the rooms are now very nice. The hotel is located very close (about 10 minutes walk) from Dynamo metro station and very convenient for central Moscow and all of the tourist attractions. I was very pleased with my stay and by Moscow standards a very reasonable price. I will certainly return and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.
“Very good hotel!”
Stayed at the Aerostar for our first trip to Russia. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific and the restaurants were very good value when compared to going out on the town. It is easy to get anywhere and the concierge/front desk staff couldn't do more to try and help!
“Excellent value”
The hotel is of a very good standard. It is reasonably well located for Dinamo metro station, ca. 5 minutes walk.
“Exelent service and appropriate price”
«Aerostar» Hotel was open after reconstruction - comfort rooms, tasty and various breakfast, operational and efficiency service, qualifying personnel. The location of the Hotel - 5 minutes form metro “Dinamo” is the best solution against Moscow traffic. I really enjoyed the staying in the Hotel
“Bon hôtel un peu loin du centre...”
...mais à 7 minutes d'une station de métro qui permet de s'y rendre directement. Beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Globalement très satisfait.
“location!!”
Cannot fault appearance or staff who helped a great deal. But room was not ready on arrival had to wait an hour despite getting 30mins after check in Its location is ok but not as close to centre as it seems from its write ups.
“Affordable Moscow business/tourist hotel.”
I've stayed at the Aerostar Hotel 4 times, usually for 1-4 nights, while seeing friends and shopping in transit from Siberia to USA. The Aerostar has decent rooms and amenities, is reasonably priced, offers a better-than-average breakfast buffet, and is terrifically located for Sheremetyvo access, subway access, Mega-mall access, local shopping, and downtown access.
“Good inexpensive hotel for a short stay”
Stayed there for 1 night. - Nice and prompt service at the reception. - there is a free parking lot in front of the hotel (you will have to validate your permit at the lobby) - I stayed at the standard king bed room. Room is not large. Just enough space to go around the bed. There is a table with a small fridge though. - everything is very clean. - you will not hear a highway (Leningradskiy prospekt) - good window. - non-smoking rooms are really non-smoking. You will not smell anything. - I had to check out-later and was allowed to stay until 2pm with no extra charge. Rarely happens in Moscow... - 2 inconveniences. If your room is in the right corner of the building, you will need to go downstairs and then upstairs again for breakfast. Sub-way station is not that far (about 0.3 miles), but it is on the other side of the highway and you will need to go far enough for the nearest crossing.
“Better than before”
I recently stayed inthe Aerostar Hotel in Moscow, I have used this hotel over the past fifteen years for business conferences and as a stop over for visiting customers and representatives as a back up only. In the past it had an austere feeling about it with shades of the soviet period. However since its recent rebirth everythin seems to have changed, The place is clean, service is much improved and the breakfast experience is a lot more relaxed and the Bar & Restaraunt is very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a good placve to stay nowadays.
“Very good value for money”
When I booked the hotel, I was looking for the lowest prise, so I didn't expect much. But I was plesantly surptised that the hotel was more than OK. The lobby and the rooms are clean. The sheets are being changed daily. They have an ironing room, and a FREE internet room with 3 PC's. Didn't check the wi-fi option. The Breakfast was pretty good. Nothing too fancy, but more than satisfying. The staff was kind and helpful. The only thing that bothered me is the air conditioning which was kinda loud, and I had to turn it off in order to fall asleep. The location is good - close to the center of Moscow, but you have about 10 minutes walk to the metro. Also if you're bored or hungry in the middle of the night, there's nothing intertaining arrounf the hotel, and the restaurants close at 11PM, so you need to take a ride somewhere. That's it I guess.
