Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Toilets were very low seated, especially for someone with knee issues. But note, I did not request a room w handicap access.

Really nothing-will not stay here again. The room was dusty, shower area was not clean, bottom of entrance door was tore up, walls look dingy and had some plaster issues. I chose the hotel because we stayed in same hotel in Davenp0ort Florida and it was very nice, but not this location.

First impressions are important - first impression upon arrival & through check in was very good. It was clear they had read my specific request when I reserved & were prepared for us. Room had been renovated since we last stayed here - updated colours, carpets, furniture and decor. Made for a very pleasant first few hours.

Upon entering the hotel it smelled musty and wet. Our room was on the 1st floor and it felt like a room that they covered up with fresh paint and new furniture but didn’t actually clean it. My husband took a shower and the shower basin was level to the floor so there was water flowing all the way to the toilet. Shower was not pitched right for the water to go down the drain. It was basically a flood in the bathroom. Who wants to sit on a toilet with their feet in 2 inches of water. We ended up leaving the hotel before midnight. We could not sleep and it just felt gross.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn setup. Nice place to stay when traveling.

Over all it was a pleasant stay. However the hotel needs to improve some things… The hot water took over 10 minutes to get ‘warm’. The heater stopped working and it did take someone a long time to come fix it. Then it turned off again around 9am, 2 hours before check out. The mini fridge barely kept my water cool.

Positive: Great staff, decently clean rooms, pretty good breakfast. Negative: We were given king sofa-bed when we reserved two queen beds. Also, both rooms needed a lot of basic maintenance (missing lightbulbs, broken fridge, stuck door, non-functioning keycard, etc.). And while the wi-fi is free, it requires you to sign up for their rewards program.

The staff was nice when I checked in, and that’s where the good stops, room was dirty (I took a lot of pictures to show) any chain should be ashamed of having a room this dirty, one of the beds has a stain on sheets, very disgusting There was NO hot water!
