Pros: Pillows were great!
Cons: Beds were a little hard
Location: Went to see Stately Oaks Plantation. That was quite fun!
Stayed the day after the coldest day in history! Pipes were broken, and we had no water for the first hour or so, but they said we would have water within an hour, and we did get it within two hours.

Review of Country INN & Suites off of 75

Posted 26-Jun-2013
Pros: Everything. Room, Service and Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing. Some one had struck their outdoor car awning, but that was not their fault. They just need to get it fixed as soon as they can.
Location: Movie Theater,. A places to eat within walking distance. 15 miles from downtown Atlanta
It is evident that this Country INN was newly renovated. The staff was excellent! Very friendly, willing to help and provide great customer service. Breakfast was good, although they need to try a new brand of home potatoes because they were drive all 5 days I stayed. Our room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends. I even hung out in the hotel lobby because it was clean, warm and inviting. The hotel is also located with in a mile and a half of restaraunts, fast food, mall and movie theater.

Avoid this hotel!!

This hotel was in a scary part of town and the condition of the hotel was nothing like their website had described. The pool was closed and the staff did not seem to care that we were paying for a hotel with a pool.

Rude Staff

Posted 10-Jun-2013
The breakfast staff at this hotel was very rude. They obviously do not have the "customer first" mentality. They made rude comments such as " I need to get in here." to refill the food. Stood in the way so guests could not get rolls, bagels, etc... They were also witnessed make rude remarks about guests. The hotel itself was acceptable, the staff was not!

The room was v ery clean and comfortable and the inn seemed very homey. The only disappointment was the breakfast - there were a group of us and we all thought the breakfast hot bar was not as clean or delicious prepared or presented as it needed to be. After the first morning we did not go back to eat there. Really it needed to be cleaner. The cereal and pastries were fine but the bowls at the hot bar and the hot food need more attention and care.

Overpriced and over starred.

Cons: Breakfast was unedible.
Location: Near highway and noisy.
First of all, this was one of the most expensive hotels on the site. We booked a King suite with sofa bed for us and our two 12 year olds. Our bed was comfortable and clean. However, the sofa bed had a bottom sheet already on it so we had no idea if it was used or not. Check in was with a sloppy, gruff employee (who was telling a guest that the hotel was full and she wouldn't be getting a pillow for her sofabed). The suite has an odd layout with the bathroom doors and the bedroom doors. Everything was clean, no obvious dirt but just felt grimy and yucky. Cheap doors that needed painting I guess. "Free hot breakfast" was a waste - all of us took one bite of food and it was so salty spit it out. Dishes had crusted food and when I found a clean mug, it was chipped. The bowl holding creamers had been used over and over again without cleaning. We left and had breakfast elsewhere. I am a Carlson Club member and even though I didn't get credit for staying here, it is making me rethink ever staying at a Country Inn & Suites anywhere again. Usually they are very nice hotels. I think the franchise may need to visit!

We only needed a room for one night in our travels to Florida. It was a perfect location. My daughter had to get to the airport in the morning and it was close enough without being in the city. Conveniently located and within walking distance of restaurants Very Clean and beds were very comfortable.
