Everthing was good except the breakfast. Looked like a good selection but 45 min before breakfast ended they stopped restocking food or plates. Waffles were out and so were the eggs and sausage. They had cereal but there were no bowls left. Ended up being pretty hungry after we left. Watched 3 staff members stand around instead of refilling things.

Good Experience

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Location: Although the hotel was easy to find, the area could be confusing with so many streets named Mt. Zion - Mt Zion Blvd, Mt. Zion Parkway, Mt. Zion St.
Check in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly. Our 3rd floor room was clean and comfortable.

Decent breakfast

Posted 16-Jan-2014 on Hotels.com
The hot breakfast was decent compared to the breakfast offered at other hotel chains. The room was clean and comfortable, except that the door to the bathroom was spring loaded and there was no way to prop it open. I found that annoying. We also had no cell phone service for some reason. Otherwise, great stay!

Pros: Pillows were great!
Cons: Beds were a little hard
Location: Went to see Stately Oaks Plantation. That was quite fun!
Stayed the day after the coldest day in history! Pipes were broken, and we had no water for the first hour or so, but they said we would have water within an hour, and we did get it within two hours.

Had to move from our first room to a second room. In both rooms the toilets were plugged. Morning staff at the front desk were very unfriendly.

Good for overnight stay

All that I would expect from Country Inn....Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was very attentive, especially on X'mas morning! My only caveat was that the hotel was showing it's age. The third floor smelled of smoke (pretty sure someone was smoking, and my room smelled faintly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Peeling wallpaper, cracks in the lampshades, needs a spruce up!
