Not vip at all breakfast is worthless fruit coffee and toast everything else is for charge no Ac it may have been disclosed but for me a vip hotel Ac is expected close to city center first stay and last stay

Dear Joel,We regret that your stay was not what you expected. However, continental breakfast is advertised as our free breakfast option and continental breakfast is usually what we serve, toast, coffee or te and everything would be extra but our prices are cheap. In regards to AC, its very well explained in our services that we do not have it, so I suggest reading all of the services before booking so you do not create false expectations.

Dear Isabel,Our descriptions specify that theres a parking lot nearby. Most of the hotels in Morelias centro do not have parking space in the buildings as most are colonial houses. We do our best to make agreements with private, nearby parking lots to provide you with the service and for you not to leave your car in the street. I suggest better reading each hotels descriptions to avoid low ratings as this is not helpful to our small businesses.

I payed for a Jr suit and was given a standard room that was falling apart. When I asked the front desk lady she told me that they had given that room to someone else and they would not refund the difference as it was “ not that much that I paid”. She told me their was nothing I could do and the hotel Manager was not going to do much or give me a refund. I ended up booking another hotel and calling it a loss.

The hotel is surrounded by 3 nite clubs . You ill not get any sleep at all. My room walls were vibrating. Staff is kinda rude . Cleaning lady is amazing. However the hotel is old and its very damaged on the inside . Looks like jail

This hotel is close to many attractions in Morelia. Lots of good food and nice stores are walking distance from the Hotel. Since the hotel is more in the center of the Morelia the noise at night from local bars can keep you up on the weekends. Just FYI.

It's perfect! Boutique hotel, very nice and clean. The rooms are cool and creative, and close to the important places, great area. Staff is great. The additional breakfast is pretty small, but they have a restaurant with great food. Highly recommend!

Ceiling was falling apart, dirty sheets, it smelled bad, refrigerator has mold, the staff didn’t help me and They didn't want to cancel my reservation, or change to another room. I do not recommend that hotel and it is not worth the price they ask to stay

In all honesty, I would come back just more prepared. My final night was a terrible experience. Beware this place is close to a bar with loud bass. Couldn’t sleep. Also, they don’t sell you water only alcohol upfront. I had to go to the bar and ask them to sell me water $140 pesos for 4 small bottles!! When I came back the gentleman that let me in just laughed at me . When asked for my complimentary champagne for vip members they just brushed me off. Never received both for each night I stayed. Why advertise it ? Chilaquiles is a must. The servers were on a point !

Hotel location is perfect! Spacious rooms excellent for families, the “Continental Breakfast” is nothing close to Continental in USA. They only offered coffee and tea, toast and hard fruit, every else is an extra charge ! even milk for the kids.

Terrible hotel, more like a hostel, dirty, horrible Service, staff is rude. I would have never stayed there if the reviews are correct. It is not like the description at all and it is expensive for what they offer.

The building is nice, very clean. I had a room with a balcony. It was nice. It is old, outdated and needs up keep- the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Rooms don't have a/c. They provide a huge fan that made lots of noise.

The walls are a little bit thin but luckily it was quiet during my stay. My room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great just a few yards off the main Street in the city center.

Very upset about my recent stay. They didn’t give us our bottle of wine that came with the room, they entered the room after we said not to, only half a role of toilet paper, didn’t replenish towels after a two night stay. Just all bad!

Its not an excuse but October is one of our busiest months and not all the staff is familiarized with the VIP program. In regards to the towels, we have eco friendly practices so we only change towels after each clients stay, unless the guest tells us to do otherwise. The same as toilet paper, if you need more just ask for it.

Terrable management, lazy staff..the hotel was horrible, staff very rude, loud noises could not sleep any night.. staff did nothing to get the room above me to stop playing loud music all hours through the night. Complained to manager they did nothing, rooms have mould..fridge rusted. Old furniture, this place is kept in very poor shape.. for they price you can find much better. Rude and racist to western people, warning.

Near the cathedral but in a quiet street, half a block from main street. Staff is amazing. Love the kitchenette and private patio. Very clean hotel. I stay here everytime I come to Morelia.

I had reserved a room with multiple beds and when I got there there was no rooms, they offered me a room with 1 queen bed. It was myself and my family kids. We didn’t fit in 1 bed. For breakfasts they didn’t tell me I had to pay for it. They offered us food and again didn’t say i had to pay

Great bang for your Buck.
Well situated, clean , safe. Breakfast included was continental but you can order off the menu & pay extra. Only negs were no elevator, lights in the stairwells are not lighted. Aside from that great bang for your buck.

Our suite was big and spacious. It is great for a family. Things to consider: no elevator and stairs are always dark. Parking is free, but it is about 3-4 block away from the property and it closes at 9pm. Their towels are very old.
