“Awesome Service & Great People”

It did not look like much from the outside (especially because the motel next door looked like the Bates Hotel), but I was pleasantly suprised. This hotel was conveniently located in Morehead KY. It took 7 minutes to get to the theatre and Buffalo Wild Wings and 12 minutes from Eagle Trace Golf Course. The owners of the hotel were the most pleasant people and were very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone in the area!

“Not Impressed”

The hotel was fine for a one night stay only. The bathroom was small and not very clean. Very loud outside while I was trying to sleep.

“Good for an overnight stay”

I think it's a little older building and I think there was a smell of mold in our room. (Probably older carpet) But it was clean and neat and the staff were friendly and I certainly would stay there again.

“Stay somewhere else”

Advantages: 1) Hotel employees were typically polite and helpful, even in dealing with the problems described below. 2) 3 floors with an elevator. 3) Location: Interstate, gas stations, grocery, restaurants all within 1 mile. Disadvantages: 1) The first room we were given had no air conditioning (or heat it seemed). However, the staff did switch our room with an identical one. 2) Both rooms had dead ladybugs under the bed. (Important when you have a 2 year old who still puts things in her mouth). 3) Wireless internet signal was so weak that we could not connect in our room. 4) The continental breakfast had doughnuts, bread for toast, jelly, coffee and orange juice. 5) On a lesser note, the remote control in our first room did not work, nor could the front desk replace it.
