Great hotel

Posted 17-Nov-2014
Pros: Close by everything I wanted to see and do.
Cons: Access in and out of the hotel. Limited parking near front door, side doors should be changed over where the room key unlocks those doors as well.
Location: Beaufort waterfront, the beach!
Had a great stay... room was clean and comfortable, all amenities in good working condition with a few unexpected things like a breakfast tray in the room.

Cons: The breakfast was ok, with eggs on the first two days that were not good. The third day was pre-made egg and cheese omlettes; they looked much better
Nice hotel with amazing view. Room for improvement with the eggs at breakfast

Great stay

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Pros: great location, quiet rooms, comfy beds, nice amenities.
Cons: VERY low shower pressure in my room on the 4th floor. took a long time to fully rinse the soap off.
I was booked into this hotel for a work trip, and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms are very comfortable, the complementary breakfast is quite nice, the view from the back of the hotel is lovely and it was very close to the location of the meeting I was in town for. My only complaint is very low water pressure in the shower, but that may depend on which floor you're on.

Met all our needs and wants!

Posted 27-Sep-2014
Pros: Everything, but especially the great breakfasts and fresh cookies and coffee in the afternoon.
Close to all major attractions in the area. Directly on the intracoastal waterway. Great staff, rooms, food, and large parking spaces that don't risk dents in your car doors! Outdoor pool is available, but we were too busy to use it.

It was clean, but there was construction be done on the roof. Every morning at 9:00 am outside our window a beeping would start with the machinery. Also the bed hurt my back.

Hampton Inn on Arendall, Morehead City, NC

Posted 8-Sep-2014
Pros: Remodeled rooms were very comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Safety seems to be a big factor with this particular Hampton as well.
Cons: I cannot really offer any suggestions. My husband and I were very pleased.
Location: Dining at the Ruddy Duck was well worth the money and the wait. The beach and sound are near by. Plenty of shopping as well.
Newly remodeled and very warm atmosphere in lobby areas - couches, candles, etc. Cleaning staff were generous with towels, lotions, shampoos, etc. Front desk staff were efficient and helpful. It's right in the middle of Morehead, close to sound and beach areas. Breakfast was really fun and a treat. You can make your own waffles,

comfortable, clean, and safe

Posted 13-Aug-2014
Pros: The walls are thick and sound resistant. The staff is friendly and professional. Several perks. the clean and well designed bathroom.
The free cookies in the afternoon and good free coffee all day made a relaxing difference. Being on a tight budget I had worries about spending summer beach prices on a good clean hotel at the coast. The Hampton Inn at Morehead City NC, in a quiet location overlooking the inland waterway, was a good investment for me and my wife. I got a clean room and a reasonable drive to see the sites, reach the beach, and find good-eats without too much traffic.

Bed was uncomfortable and I has requested to be away from elevators and top floor...I was put on the second floor right next to the elevators!!! Breakfast was delicious though.
