“Great stay, would go back!”
This hotel was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The stay was very friendly and helpful. You didn't have to ask for clean towels, even if you have your do not disturb sign up, they left them outside the door in a plastic bag. The continental breakfast was good and hot, at least my husband enjoyed it so much. The only gripe I have is the ventilation in the room is not good. The air conditioning is loud, and if you try to turn it up its almost like you can't breathe, and it smells like someone is burning a fireplace but in your face. Other than that it was worth the price we paid, and will probably suggest it for other family when they come down there to visit.
“Special attention in central location!”
From arrival to departure, hotel staff made me feel welcome and important, from maintenance to maids to breakfast hostesses to front desk clerks! Everyone seemed determined to make me and my guests feel at home and appreciated. Accommodations were delightful, room clean, breakfasts varied, pool cool and welcoming mornings and nights! Location was central to beach and to western activities. Will most definitely choose this place again! Thanks, Expedia, for making things so easy and convenient!
“Staff is very friendly”
The fitness room was awesome. It had several treadmills, a bike, stability ball, and a lot of weights. Plus the staff was the MOST friendly I've ever seen. They remembered who we were, asked us questions about the wedding we were there to attend several times without prompting, and were able to recommend some awesome local places for us to visit and assist us. A++

Everything was in order when we arrived. Check in was easy. They gave us a free upgrade wich was not expected. The room was very nice and clean with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to everything.
“Had a great time”
Stayed there a couple days this past week and it was great. Not super lux but nice, well priced, clean and convenient. I would definitely recommend it to others if looking for a great place to stay in Morehead.
“Great Breakfast!”
The hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of entrees that you insert into special microwave ovens that automatically set the time and power level for the entree. Very tasty! Very pleasant staff also.
“Convenient if traveling with young children”
I traveled to Atlantic beach with my 2 children (3 and 1 y old) to attend a wedding. The hotel is easy to find, just off the main road with loads of stores nearby. Check-in was easy and straightforward, they even let us have our room before the check-in time which was very appreciated (with 2 young children and a long drive behind us). Free parking at the hotel. Our room was nice and clean, with a TV, fridge and a microwave. The bed was king size, which was very comfortable and spacious enough that we could all sleep together! There is free wifi in the room but if you don't have a computer with you, there is one available in the lobby as well as a printer. Very useful if you forget your directions! and to check emails... Breakfast is buffet style with a decent choice of cereals, pastries, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Atlantic beach was just 10 min drive away.
“Awesome staff!”
Just returned from my trip to Morehead City and wanted to make sure I wrote this review of the Hampton Inn. My stay was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that the Hampton Inn had the best deal for the days I would be staying. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable and the view of the Sound was great! The staff was top notch! Every staff member that I met greeted me with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast was great! I look forward to my next trip and will definitely book my next room at the Hampton Inn in Morehead City!
