I booked a room with a fridge and the fridge did not work. When I opened the fridge door, a pile of water poured out onto the carpet. The staff were not very friendly. I had entered and left multiple times during my stay and attempted to say hello to the staff each time. Not once was I greeted or made eye contact. The staff person who was attending the breakfast area was the first pleasant staff member encountered.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend for our football practice. The hotel itself is very dated with hole is the walls, worn furniture and old beds. The pool and hot tub was closed for the due of our stay, which was one reason we booked this hotel. They had a lack of parking, we ended up parking in a doorway no parking zone both nights. The breakfast was minimal and did not offer a variety of protein options for athletes. The carpets were dirty and worn in both the hallway and the rooms. This hotel was not worth the price they charge up per night and would not recommend it to anyone.

Check in process took over 25 minutes. Pool and hot tub are closed for some reason, this wasn’t stated anywhere on the website. Hotel is dirty and run down. If it had been refundable I would have left!!!!!! Never will I stay here again!

The bathroom grout was red/orange and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion, just a tiny bar of soap (which is actually adorable, 1 point there). The lamp turned on every time we sat on the bed, the message indicator flashed on our phone without a message which is harmless but annoying and we had to turn the heat to 86 for the room to get comfortably warm. The outlet covers weren’t screwed on so plugging things in seemed dangerous and the pillows were super lumpy. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was 9/10.

The pool had staff family in it using it for free and there were not respectful of the paying customers. They continued to go down the waterside and splash everyone and since the pool is small - children could not enjoy themselves. They also had a baby running the pool in diapers unsupervised!!

We had a watermain break at our home and had no water. We needed to go to a hotel. This was a good option as it had availability, the price was great, free breakfast and a waterslide for the kids. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel for a staycation and travelers.

The check in experience was terrible. I paid for the room in full online, using Expedia.ca. When I arrived at the site to check in they requested my credit card. I gave them the same card I had used to pay for the room, a virtual Visa/debit, and they refused to let me stay. I had to call a family member to let me use their credit card. I am really disappointed that I didn’t know I couldn’t use the same card I’d used to pay for the room. I will not be going to Days Inn or any affiliated hotels again.

Our key cards we’re constantly not working and staying with our kid it was definitely an inconvenience to constantly go downstairs and get new ones. The one staff was pretty ignorant when we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a cab.

Great location but!!!
Excellent location, close to all amenities. Needs updating badly. Beds hard and uncomfortable. You can have lots of poor things but the bed makes up for this. This was not the case here uncomfortable bed average breakfast pool closed for repairs which we were aware of before we booked.
