We checked in late and staff was courteous and accomadating. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Fresh brewed coffee is what we needed to start the new day

Nice staff, bed was ok but no light in shower/toilet room, hair in shower when I arrived, tub sounds like it's about to break, no soap or tissues in room (had to ask), noisy doors/hallway, underwhelming breakfast options, limited grass area for dogs had broken glass pieces.

I hope that you brought up the light in the bathroom while you were here and we got that fixed for you. It sounds like your room was not cleaned properly by one of my housekeepers. Smooth and quick check in! When we got back to the property after dinner and shopping, we turned our tv on to discover we couldn’t get the sound working. The front desk attendant, who we believe is named Patrick came to fix it for us! He was very kind, professional and helped us get it working in no time! The whole staff was awesome. We got up in the morning and took our toddler to the swimming pool, it was clean, warm and comfortable! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We were happily surprised that our room with three queen beds had one bed in a separate but connected room. The downfall for our family was that the pool and hot tub were located in the other building. But- the pool was warm and the hot tub was nice and hot so it was worth it! Friendly staff and the cookies at the front desk were a nice touch.

Room was in a separate building from main building with no ice maker, drink machine etc. Breakfast was in main building. Stairway to room was very narrow,which made it difficult with luggage.No elevator. The bed was very soft and lumpy.

Very clean but hot tub did not work, wifi didnt work, everytime i turned tv on I had to go up to TV to change it to HDMI3, then when i went to breakfast I came back and the cleaning lady was already in my room and I had not checked out. Really annoying this whole stay.

Needs help.
There was no security lock on the building and the one on the door of our room was broken. The refrigerator was really loud, had to shut it off. A kingsize room but only one chair, asked for one more but couldn't get one. A dangerous shrub blocking the road view at the exit. Pathetic breakfast - half a loaf of bread, no other pastry or bread and only four tables - had to wait to eat. The wifi wouldn't work in the back building no matter what we did - not our laptops problem. Overall condition was a bit shabby and needed work - not a good brand representation for Green Tree. I hope they can get it together as it is a good location and has potential.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience. We have gotten the Wi-Fi issue fixed and are in the process of correcting all issues you have described. We have so many more options than bread for breakfast. We have eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, apples, oranges, cereal, and 5 different kinds of juices. So not sure what your referring to there. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our Hotel and do hope that you would consider coming back and giving us an other opportunity to please you.

Comfortable stay
Very friendly front desk staff. Easy check-in. Room was standard double queen style which was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean and well maintained, not brand new so kept up well. Plenty of towels and linens for the whole family. Only downside was that the pool was in another building and quite cold walking back to our room after we were finished playing in the evening. No entrance from any of the exterior doors with the room key- so you have to walk around the whole building and go through the front door to get back to the room.

Great place to stay for the price. Very clean
My stay was great. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast wasn't much Saturday morning but was much better Sunday morning. I suspect because a woman was taking care of business on Sunday. Very nice lady also. My only complaint would be the refrigerator was very noisy when the pump was cycling and it wasn't very cold. You all need a new refrigerator in room 306...

Building is a dump--the interior lock on my room was removed, I asked for an extra towel just to dust the ceiling fan myself, I let a Kind bar wrapper fall to the floor and it was immediately ambushed by an army of ants with more members than the entire staff of this place has brain cells. They botched my booking and were calling me halfway through day 2 asking why my stuff was still in the room. Water in the hot tub smelled so strongly of nicotine, from the multitude of knuckledraggers that have dunked their disgusting bodies in that water since it was last cleaned in probably 1989. They're liars-I booked this room SOLEY to do laundry and relax on a road trip--the washing macine's "Out of Order" sign was as yellowed as the Declaration of Independence, and the front desk clerk who admitted to making said sign, told me that she didn't know if it worked or not. So they're liars. The air conditioning unit made more sound than a harrier jet landing on an aircraft carrier in a monsoon. Half the light bulbs are missing in my room. On a positive note, they do have tap water and Tacos 2 Day down the road is excellent.

This place is horrible. Loud, scary, unsafe. Holes in the walls. Landscaping has dog poop everywhere. TV remote doesn't work unless you've 2 inches away. Trash all around. The front ðesk guy was doing his job. I wouldn't leave my room after 19pm.

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and have doggie bags available for the droppings. The remote just needed new batteries which we have swapped out.

Very noisy early in the morning. We think it was he owner's kids who ran up and down the halls screaming for a lengthy time The kids were also stuffing their pockets with food from the breakfast to the point there was nothing left for anyone else. This was 2 days in a row

Thank you for the feedback. I can assure you if there were kids here they are not any of the employees or owners children. I apologize about the other guests. We did tell them to respect that there are other guests in the hotel and to please be respectful. We can only control so much. We are sorry for the unpleasant experience. This is not the typical guests that stay with us. They were a group with 9 rooms for the two days. We shouldn't have ran out of anything though unless it was just momentarily before we restocked.

Staff was polite. Front desk can’t print a receipt and the sink in room had no cold water, only hot! Cold angle stop turned off because it leaks. Maintenance? Fix before renting this room? Makes for an interesting situation with a mouth full of toothpaste. Told the desk at checkout. He apologized, nothing more. Probably won’t stay here again.

Saturday stay in Montrose
We tried booking a less expensive hotel down the street but we ended up at this hotel because the facilities and room were cleaner and felt more accommodating. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We’d been traveling with a cooler and I needed to freeze my ice packs, but for the second night in a row our hotel didn’t have a freezing compartment in the fridge. The breakfast was the usual. The breakfast room was small, and tables were kind of difficult to snag, but the other patrons moved to make room as soon as possible. There was a pool and spa, but we didn’t use them so can’t rate them. It was a comfortable night for a usual rate on a Saturday. We had no complaints.
