“Location Location Location”

I loved this hotel. The staff there are very friendly, accommodating, and were great at letting me practice my French on slow times. The room was cozy, very French, it was wonderful to have my own bathroom, bed, and a window that opened nicely. They have free TV, AC, and wifi. The wifi itself was a bit flaky, going in and out and requiring a new sign in. Also, the location was very hard to find, but in a lovely place, just outside of Paris, avoiding all the tourists. To get to this hotel, take the Metro (9) to Croix de Cheval and walk straight out of the Metro. You'll see a tourism office on the left and a big statue on your right. Walk toward the statue. Cross the street toward the big shopping district and walk up the hill until you reach the Shell station (if you pass a Subway, you're going the right way) Turn left at the Shell station and it is right behind it. There are lovely bakeries, pastry shops, and chocolate shops, as well as fantastic book shops and grocery stores. HIGHLY recommended.

“OK for Budget hotel in Paris suburb”

This hotel is of the ultra basic, tiny room and bathroom variety. There are almost no amenities in the hotel but that is fair given the price. The condition of the hotel and room are good, no service problems although the staff do not generally speak English and are not tourist friendly. If you want luxury and convenience tourist attractions don't stay here. If you want a clean, safe hotel for a low price do, it is not far from the metro, which goes everywhere, and you can take a bus to avoid the 10 minute walk if you want. There is a big cheap supermarket very close and cafes, shops etc. withing a 10 minute walk or short bus ride. Also kids and even pets are OK.

Stayed at this motel four nights on business trip, friendly staff, small but clean room, around the corner from supermarket and bus stop. 5 minutes by bus from metro or 15 minute walk in predominately residential area.

Hotel petit budget, correct pour le prix. Le petit déjeuner est très bien (gratuit pour les enfants et 4€ par adulte). Le personnel était sympatique. Il est possible d'arriver tard, il y a du personnel de gardiennage 24/24.

“Very, very, very basic”

Very basic. A basic pod of a room, with a metal bunkbed overhanging the main bed. No cupboards, no fridge, no safe (either in the room, or at reception), cigarette burns in the bedding, and the air conditioning did not work. The hotel was cheap, but not as cheap as the one I stayed in in Regensburg the next night, which was 10 times better. Avoid.

“Horrible Hotel”

I just finished my trip yesterday. This hotel is so far the worst hotel that I ever stayed. First, the location is so bad. It is so far away from the metro station. You have to take a bus no.122 ( around 3 stops from the metro bus station), then you have to walk another 10 minutes back to hotel. The neighborhood is so bad as well. It is very ghetto, like downtown LA. You will be very scared if you walk back to hotel at night. Second, the hotel staff are very rude and unfriendly. Whatever you ask, their answer is no, I don't know. None of them know anything. Third, you can't take shower at this hotel. The water will come out from the bathroom. I told the staff t change the room for me, and then it took me two hours to wait. Then, I approach to the front again and they said they have no room to change and that all the rooms in this hotel have the same problem!!! Finally, I called Expedia to cancel the booking for this hotel after one day.I told the hotel staff about checking out from this hotel and getting refund thru Expedia. The hotel staff said they can change the room for us now and I respond no because of their rudeness. Then, the hotel staff start to threat us that you either stay in this hotel or you get no refund at all. Seriously, this hotel is super horrible!!! A friend told me that this hotel is owned by a big company and has many locations in France, but this is definitely disappointed and scary experience from this hotel
