“Very nice hotel”

Very courtious, helpful and friendly staff. Nice and clien, just the way I like it. Just a bit out of the way from downtown, 30 minute drive.

“Montreal in July”

The Welcominns is a nice hotel, not fancy or stuffy but a very comfortable place to stay. The laid back suburban environment is a nice relief after a busy day in Montreal. As long as the Montreal traffic cooperates it is an easy drive from downtown Montreal.

Area recommendations
The Old Port area of Montral is a lot of fun and should not be missed.

“Just what I needed.”

It was just a one night say and the hotel was located 10 minutes from where we were going. It was just what we were looking for, a nice comfortable place to spend the night.

“Quite hotel not too far from everything...”

The staff were very friendly and helpful - room was slightly dated, but in great shape and the cleanliness was impressive - the room was spotless. Location really required you to have a vehicle to get to the trendier tourist areas. A bonus was that Ikea was a 5 min drive away with a bunch of big box and outlet stores also nearby. If you are looking for a quiet hotel and don't mind a 20 min commute this would do the job. Breakfast was average continental style with muffins, croissants, juice, toast, coffee. etc. Pool was a bit cold but clean and hot tub was very busy while we were there so we didn't have a chance to use it.

“Welcoming Welcommins”

The hotel stay was pleasant., the hotel was fabulous, the hotel service was excellent, the hotel staff very friendly and courteous! If you are looking for a hotel in and around Montreal with an affordable price, better quality, nice service, good location to everything Montreal, this would be it! The free breakfast and free parking are extra perks considering that this is usually not the case in Canada. I don't know what else do you see while selecting a hotel :) This is a perfect place to stay. This hotel will be my place of stay without any hesitation on our next trip to Montreal! I would definitely recommend it to everyone. 5 *****

“Very OK, but staff not so smiling”

Very OK, but staff not so smiling. No sound from around rooms. Kids love the pool.

“Great stay...boo lewis hamilton! :)”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had prepared bus and metro routes as well as daily schedules for the GP and had them ready at the front desk every morning. The continental breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds are a tad hard but that is to be expected in a hotel of this nature. I would recommend a stay here if price is a concern. Would love to stay closer to the track if we go again, but only due to convenience of travel to and from the race track.
