Exceptionally clean,beds are soooooooooooooo cozy,beautiful bathrooms.Close to all downtown shopping and restaurants.A great place to stay

Loved the experience. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were great. What really impressed us was that when we came back to our hotel room one evening soothing music was on as we opened the door. It was a very nice touch, intentional or not.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel is in a great location. We didn't have a vehicle for the week we were there and it was an easy walk everywhere, including the subway.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great, room-service delivery was 25 minutes. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly. Nicely appointed rooms, and even a lovely candle was in the room. At night when I returned to my room, some lovely classical music was playing on the radio. A very enjoyable experience on all levels.

My wife and I both enjoyed the hotel except for the dirty rug in the elevators which were a real turn off.We told the staff about it but nothing was done during our weekend at the hotel.Overall i would highly recommend the hotel.
