“Don't miss the opportunity to stay in Qality Hotel”
Nice hotel, near the center, and the best thing that the hotel has a separate access to Tim's Hortens coffe shope. I highly recommend the hotel.
“great place to crash!!”
I found a great rate deal online and I had a great time. Great hotel! couple of blocks from st. catherines' shopping area, as well as from mont royal and other great neighbourhoods. Two blocks away from place des arts metro station and close to nice restaurants too. Frontdesk staff was great! definitely recomend it and would go back
“Great place to stay in downtown Montreal”
Located on Parc Ave. near Sherbrooke St. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Large supermarket right across the street (beer and wine). 10 minute walk from old Montreal.
“Absolutely the best spot. Right downtown. Close to everything, safe and secure location”
Safe secure garage, excellent lighting, (excellent for single women travellers) fabulous location, friendly staff, wonderful service, beautiful clean rooms, great heat/air conditioning, wonderful towels and linen, lots of ice. Downtown location, Steps away from Sherbrooke and close to all shopping, food, restaurant, McGill U and the Mountain. Easy walk to Chinatown,the Waterfront and Old Town. Would stay again and again. Recommended to all my friends and family.
“Great experience”
The staff was very kind and helpful when it came to restaurant suggestions. It's fairly close to everything and the price was reasonable. The view wasn't so great from the window, but it was very comfortable and clean overall.
“Very central and clean”
This basic hotel is very central, and clean and good value. The front desk staff and friendly and helpful. Groceries are available within a block. From the rooms in the front of the hotel, you can hear traffic on the busy street outside. This is probably true of many hotels downtown.
“Very good value for the money”
Just steps off rue Sherbrooke, but cheaper than the big-brand hotels on Sherbrooke. Convenient to McGill. Simple but clean, with friendly and helpful staff.
“Excellent value”
This two star hotel is much less expensive than most in the area, but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept very well there, and the staff were great. I'd happily stay there again, and I'd recommend it strongly to my friends!

“Quality Hotel Downtown Montreal : bien placé et très bon rapport qualité/prix”
Nous avons passé 8 jours au Quality Hotel Downtown de Montreal en février 2010. Nous en sommes très content. C'est certes un hôtel de chaîne classique, sans vraiment de charme et d'originalité, mais il faut reconnaître qu'il a de nombreuses qualités : il est très propre et moderne, les chambres sont grandes, fonctionnelles et bien équipées (douches, toilettes, lit, canapé, bureau...)., les prix sont vraiment intéressants, en particulier si on tombe sur une promo. Et surtout il est très bien situé, à mi-chemin entre la "vieille" ville (le port historique) et la ville branchée (les quartiers des bars). Bref idéal pour découvrir la ville de Montréal. Il y a un supermarché juste en face de l'hôtel (Provigo) ce qui est très très pratique. La station de métro est à environ 300m. Certes, la réception n'est pas très "accueillante" (mobilier plutôt ancien et tristounet) mais le personnel est plutôt agréable et disponible. Par contre nous n'avons pas testé le resto de l'hôtel, qui semblait un peu cher et pas spécialement attractif.
