“Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff”

The staff was friendly and polite. I brought my bicycle to commute around downtown Montreal, and they allowed me to store it inside the hotel. The hotel was old, but it was nice, clean, and it didn't smell. It was much nicer than the Hotel Grand Plaza Montreal about 6 miles away and about twice the price. For the price, the hotel was well worth it. Keep in mind that the hotel is on autoroute 520, and there are neither bridges nor tunnels that allow one to cross from the west side of the road to the east where the hotel is located. Coming from Autoroute 40 in the north, you must go 3 kilometers past the hotel to make a u-turn at the end of 520 and then come back.

“Perfect overnight stop”

Free airport shuttle, excellent room service, ATM in the lobby and free wireless internet add up to a perfect stopover if you're arriving late and leaving in the morning. I got a free upgrade to a business room, which was a nice bonus. Small bathroom is the only less-than-perfect point.

Very nice and clean hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. Stayed there 2 nights. Could be a little bit closer to the airport, but there is a free shuttle for clients from 5am to midnight.

The staff are nice & well mannered. They speak fluent english and very helpful in giving directions to some of montreal tourist spots.

The only major negatives I can think of were that the bathroom was not terribly clean (small hairs in multiple spots on the counter, mildew in corners of floor and shower) and that the location is not great if you don't want to eat at the hotel, or at other hotels in close proximity. There is a Subway restaurant within a 5 minute walk, but I couldn't find anywhere else on the same side of the highway. The service at the front desk on check in and out was great, and the room was very comfortable. The wireless internet was free and worked well, and the TV had no shortage of English channels. All in all, it was a good stay. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay before or after a flight out of Montreal.

“PARK INN Montréal Dorval”

Globalement bien. Attention cependant, l'hotel n'a plus de navette aéroport/Hôtel. Il y a un taxi en remplacement mais cela n'est pas toujours évident (beaucoup de téléphone pour démêler la situation).

Helpful front desk staff, decent restaurant, free parking. Good for a few nights stay for business or pleasure.

“Not bad for one night”

I was kind of wary after reading the reviews at tripadvisor, but the hotel is much better than the reviews would suggest. Location is not the best, but this is not a bad choice for an airport hotel.

Too difficult to access due to roads construction and streets closure.

“Very comfy, could have been better”

Upon arrival, the check-in process was flawless and we were told about the services that were offered at the hotel. The room was not as advertised, having booked a business class room at a discount, I was presented with a standard room with one queen sized bed and a pull-out couch. The room was not 100% clean, the spare pillow and blanket had a bit of dust on them, but it was a very nice and cozy room to sleep in. The in-house movies were very expensive at $15 each, and the in-house restaurant, while very tasty, made me quite sick to my stomach afterwards, and was quite expensive ($85 for 2 meals plus desserts and a drink). Worth a stay if you get a good deal on the rooms!
