“Nice Boutique Hotel”
It's a little far from the action, but hotel is clean and modern. I like the bold use of colors. Great Amenities. Definitely a good place to stay.
“Hip, Cool, and Trendy Boutique Hotel”
Arriving at 2:45 a.m. for check-in on a Saturday morning, the hotel was buzzing with activity from the in-house KOKO lounge/bar. The check-in staff was courteous and speedy and the valet service was a blessing on check-in and check-out, especially since they unpacked and packed the vehicle for us. Was given a room facing away from the hotel's courtyard which was a peaceful blessing and there was no need to use the complimentary earplugs offered by the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the bed with lots of plush pillows were extremely comfortable. A very satisfying second stay!
“Highly recommended”
Great location for restaurants, a terrific bed, wonderful staff and service... and a very good bar/restaurant. Much better value than the large chain properties.
“Excellent boutique hotel in Montreal”
Hotel has beautifully designed modern public spaces and rooms. Service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We needed a lightbulb changed in our room, and this was done immediately.Hotel is located next to Blvd.St-Laurent,which is full of restaurants, shops, and trendy bars.Complimentary continental breakfast is enough to tide you over til lunch.Another perk was toiletries by Fresh.Would definitely stay there again.
“Very Hip Modern Retro, Love it!!”
Great service, if you like Hip Boutique hotels, you'll like this one
“Nice Spot”
The Opus is a great hotel. Well located, nice ambiance, modern everything. Amazing bar/restaurant Room colour was a little odd in an attempt to warm it up. Used to be a little sterile/industrial before when it was the Godin. Small but well equipped gym. Great service from all staff. Lighting was mood worthy but a litle light on the lumins. Great access to St. Laurent St.
“Excellent”
Next time I'm in Montreal, this is where I will stay. The staff was great, the room was modern and comfortable, great ambiance throughout the hotel. Very central to everything, as well.
“Great Boutique Hotel”
Great boutique hotel that actually deserves the name! Located in an excellent location for the bars and restaurants of lower St. Laurent. Much better value than other similar hotels in Montreal. Also has a very trendy restaurant and a lovely outdoor bar. I highly recommend this hotel.
“HAPPENING PLACE”
When you pull up to the hotel, you don;t think much of it, but as you get in, it's beautiful. Very modern, great location, and an alll around fantastic place. However, if you are looking for a quiet getaway on the weekend, forget this place. It has an awesome outdoor bar outside thats pumping until 3 am. This fit my criteria as a hotel in full. Had a blast.
“Location, Location, Location”
Hotel Godin is located just outside old Montreal on a major intersection, this made avoiding the tourist traps and enjoying the city very easy. There are metro stations nearby as well as rental car outlets and taxis are always accessible. We walked down to the waterfront and enjoyed the old town. And we shopped and dined with the locals in downtown. The location is perfect. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Everything you want to do in Montreal can be accessed easily from this corner of the city. We will choose Hotel Godin again for our next visit to Montreal.
