Other than great location, I cannot say anything else good about the hotel. Check in was late and check out was early. No lotion or slippers provided. The property needs updating.

The hotel looks good! The staff are gentle, they were quick on checkin, gave suggestions and the hotel is clean and amazing location.

Nicely situated in the heart of old Montreal. Rooms are spacious but outdated and not cleaned well. For example, the walls near sink and mirrors have splatter marks from all the previous people who’ve stayed in the room. Toilet pressure is poor. In room tea and coffee are not the best. Hot breakfast is ok for sustenance but don’t expect it to taste good. Eggs and sausages were below par. Coffee was terrible. Daughter says croissants were good. Recommend only if you want a place to stay in the middle of old Montreal, which is pretty quiet after 6pm.

I liked that this property was in the Old Montreal area. So it’s close to shops, restaurants and cafes and within walking distance to most areas. The property is clean and quiet. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t do daily house cleaning. Not even emptying the trash replenish some toiletries. wish I knew that. We had three people in the room and stayed for three nights so the trash did build up. You can call and request but that can be a pain cause then you’re waiting for them to deliver.

parking was a hassle. Not a lot of spots in the garage. Also the breakfast area had way too much rush and they run out of bacon yogurt milk etc. and it was not replenished soon enough. Like we found out they had items once we were done because they had run out when we were in line to get it. Apart from that it was good. Great location etc.

We like the location and also the free breakfast. When we called down for service, an extra luggage rack, I called twice but it never arrived and it was slow when we did receive the items we requested. Also the pool is way too small. My child enjoyed it but there really no room To sw. The breakfast was great and the service here was excellent

Our family of 5 had a beautiful 2-night stay in Old Montreal. With three kids in tow (13,10 & 7yrs) we were able to walk everywhere we needed. Lots of shops, restaurants and attractions to visit. Quick access to Metro Place-des-Armes station for a visit to Bio-dome, too! We will definitely stay at Springhill for future visits to Old Montrel!

Very close to the Science Centre and Grande Roue. Clean hotel, very kind hotel representatives. My 12 year old and I enjoyed sleeping here. Swimming was very popular among children!!!

Perfect spot for first time visiting Montreal. Lots of Food and tourist shops in all directions. Hotel smelled so good! Very clean. Big breakfast bar included. Parking $35 but worth it instead of driving in circles finding it somewhere else for probably more.

Overall nice budget friendly hotel compared to other surround hotels. Rooms good be a bit bigger, air conditioning/heater old and made a lot of noise therefore I turned it off. Pool area small but ok. Free Continental breakfast better then other hotels I’ve been too. Biggest advantage is the location…For the price, it’s an ok hotel.

Restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. Complimentary breakfast had wide array of options. Dinner (steak) was excellent. Hotel and resto staff were polite, friendly and accomodating. Free shuttle to airport.

Was a pleasant enough stay, Room design is nicely done . Quiet night on floor chosen . I had another hotel booked but switched to this upon discovering this one had breakfast included . My experience was lowering review as a result of terrible breakfast. Arrived at opening 7am, how were the pancakes already cold? Why were the sausages mushy and felt undercooked ? No white/brown bread for toasting , only bagels. Hard croissants. Minimal fruit . Finding garnishes was challenging , maple syrup was empty , no butter or margarine out . Breakfast was unappealing and a letdown. We needed up eating a kashi bar in the car when we left. My bed was painfully uncomfortable, and when turning down the sheets to sleep there was unknown material on the sheet like it hadn’t been changed. I’d been awake for 18 hours at this point so slept on top of the sheets instead. Parking is stressful as there’s not enough spaces for the number of guests they can expect and the one ways around there can make it challenging finding the parking opening.

The property is close to restaurants and entertainment. Outside band played until 1:30am for Igloofest. Midnight would have been late enough. Maybe windows need replacing.
