“Comfort and convenience.”

We found the hotel to be quite comfortable with plenty of space in the room (e.g., multiple closets, kitchen, dining area). Off street parking was offered and the continental breakfast was more than satisfactory for those on the go. Most of all, the location was fantastic. We were steps away from a lively shopping district and a healthy walking distance from the port area. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would certainly stay again.

“Best Location you will find”

The room was huge with full kitchen amenities including a dishwasher! Staff were helpful and best of all you are steps to ste. Catherine street with shops and restaurants aplenty. We ate at several of the restaurants beside the hotel which was very convenient for a late dinner with a child. And short walk to old Montreal and Notre Dame

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Montréal, une station de métro est juste à côté. C'est un établissement très confortable, avec un service irréprochable, le personnel était accueillant, disponible et serviable. Notre chambre (une suite junior) était très spacieuse et la cuisine fort bien équipée (plaques chauffantes, four électrique, four à micro-ondes,réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle pour 4, produits d'entretien et torchons compris). Une excellente adresse contribuant à passer de bonnes vacances.

“Perfect!”

Second time staying here, and never disappointed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, shopping center at corner of block and main strip block and half away. All amenities are near by and eggspectations is about a five minute walk away. Look forward to my next visit to Montreal and my next stay here.

“Great room for a great price.”

Great location opposite the Bay lying between the heart of Ste. Catherie Street and Old Montreal. Big rooms with nice kitchens and copmfortable beds. Great pizza joint next door. Staff were extremely courteous and very helpful with directions. I was there on a busines trip but will stay any time on returning to Montreal.

“Connecticut family”

We loved Le philips Square Hotel And Suites. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Parking is included and of the five hotels we have stayed at in the area, the service here is the best. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

“Just the right place”

The hotel was in a nice location near shopping, Metro and McGill (where we were visiting). The room was BIG and had a very high ceiling- like a studio apartment with a kitchen, eating table, lots of room. A great set up for the price. The included breakfast was good and easy. Just what we were looking for. Nice central location. We walked to Old Montreal and to McGill. Nice staff- very helpful finding places to eat. Not a fancy hotel, but more than you'd expect as far as space goes.

“Exceptional value”

Actually these are suites designed for longer-term stays, so providing very large rooms including a small kitchen, and with access to laundromat, gym & swimming pool. Central location only adds to the value offered.

“Excellent hotel in a great location”

Everything was excellent. - the room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Excellent location, steps from the metro (subway) station and major downtown shops and attractions. The only possible improvement is the breakfast which is bad.

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Le Square Phillips Hotel”

Our room was large and comfortable with a king size bed, large pillows and outside living room. Even the pull out sofa bed was comfy. It was nice to have a working kitchen although we just used the refrigerator. I liked its central location. The desk attendants and car attendant were helpful and efficient. There are plenty of maps and pamphlets in the lobby to chart ones day. The breakfast was fine for me and my family and we loved the Montreal bagels. The shower was invigorating. I have been to other suite hotels in Montreal but none were as kept up, nice and spacious as this hotel. ll in all, I am quite impressed and will be sure to come back to this hotel when I am again visiting Montreal.
