Convenient spot to stay at with kids. They loved the pool. Also walking distance to Biodome and all the activities we were doing. Only complaint are the beds. they are small as a double. Im 5'9 and my feet stuck out. And the mattress is very hard.

When you walk into the lobby you are overwhelmed with the strong, unpleasant odour of chemical cleaning products. When you go to the pool, sauna is broken. Vending machine broken. You even have to pay extra for a room with a bathroom that has a closing door.

Nice room, most of the staff are very nice. Some don’t speak or even try to understand English. Nice place, nice gym and pool. The stay was enjoyable.

The staff were friendly. The room was good, except the toilet needed to be fixed and we would have liked to have a bathtub instead of just a shower. Also, the hotel room doors were very loud when they closed, so whenever other guests went in or out of their rooms near us, it was really loud. The restaurant was convenient and had very good food. We stayed there because we were going to the Biodome so it was very convenient for that - walking distance.

Hotel is walking distance Saputo Stadium & supermarket. Hotel has a restaurant onsite with good options for breakfast & dinner. Friday’s and weekends the hotel & restaurant seems to be a hot spot, so RSVP your space in the restaurant if your stay includes those days. There are several good restaurants within driving distance of hotel. I never used the pool, so can’t say anything there. The gym is properly equipped for a hotel and very clean. Overall a good stay!

I booked through Expedia because it was cheaper than on the hotel website. I specifically booked a premium room with a king bed for two nights. My first night I was put into a standard room with two double beds. Day two I went to inquire as I didn’t think I was in the right room (I was too tired when I arrived day one). They said it was Expedia’s fault but on the email confirmation it clearly said Premium Room, 1 King Bed. They moved me to the appropriate room for day two and credited me $50. I feel like they could have done more as it was their mistake. The double bed was comfortable enough (as was the king bed) but the shower in the premium room made it worth the upgrade.

Nous avons dû enlever le drap car lorsque nous nous sommes couché nous avons remarqué que le drap était taché, de goutellettes de sang. De plus, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain avais des restants de je ne sais quoi, collé et coûter. Le contour du miroir à la hauteur du lavabo etait souillée. La machine distributrice étais hors d'usage mais le préposé de l'accueil m'en a offert une, merci à lui.
