Room smelled bad, the garbage was full and not changed. The bed was filled with long hair, signs that it was not cleaned. The room was noisy, you could hear the traffic on the street like it’s inside making it hard to sleep. You could also hear the water noise from the upper floors whenever someone flushes the toilet. The bathroom fan was super loud and annoying.

I booked a room. I traveled from Ottawa to Montreal and when I arrived there the hotel was closed. I tried to call them but I never got ant response. How can they advertise a hotel while it's closed???

There wasn't even a dish. No utensils. There was a microwave and a few plastic cups for water. The fridge wasn't even cold enough. The water smelled like sulfur. The place was clean though but looked old and dated. The bedside lamp didn't work unless the ceiling light was on! Kinda pointless!

There are bugs in the room and we left right after 1 hr . The room was very cold while it was minus 12 C degrees outside . We had to rent another hotel and when we returned the key , the manager refused to refund .

Very unprofessional staff. Only Michael and Susana were helpful. Rest staff was rude, espacially the manager was not professional at all. I wont recommend anyone to stay in that hotel.

Great location but unfortunately the owner and/or management do not have a clue how to have an attractive hotel (in an attractive location because the location is an excellent spot within Montreal, close to the Metro and to many other amenities).

This room was in the basement. Electric sockets didn’t work, there were patched up holes in the door/ wall, the mattress sagged and the shower head was not working well.

The hotel is well located and close to the place I wanted to go to. As a family of 4 members, this was the only hotel we found, with the number of beds available for our trip, on the dates we required and at an affordable price. We expected to find not a 5-stars hotel, but a decent place to sleep and a clean bathroom. However, our first impression was not the best, the carpets from the entrance and on the hallways looked dusty. When we entered the room, we noticed that it was not clean, the sheets on the beds seemed to have been used and were not changed. In the bathroom, the shower faucet had no screw, it was loose and fell every time it was used, so it was difficult to control the water temperature. Even though we wanted to leave, we didn't find another place available, so the complaint was made to the manager and the problem of cleaning the room and the sheets was solved, but not the tap problem. However, as we only needed the room to sleep, my family and I decided to stay the 3 days we had booked. I do not recommend this hotel for long stays, it can be useful to stay a single night or maximum 2.

The place was so dirty. I have never seen such a dirty place in my life. Even the sheets were not clean. There were bedbugs in my room that I had to cancel the rest of my stay and go to another hotel. I do not know how it could be categorized as a two star hotel, it is worse than a motel.

Nice staff! We arrived too early to check in. the lady (receptionist) was very nice to take care of our luggages and suggested us a good place to have brunches. Hotel is on good location! Lots restaurants around and closes to Mont Royal park.

Staff at the reception was not user friendly. I don't think I can recommend a friend at this hotel. They need to improve the customer service. One more thing, the carpet at the basement is terrible full of dust.
