“Can't wait to go back!”

We only stayed for 1 night which was a shame because we loved this hotel! We didn't get to see enough of Montreal so we definitely plan on going back and staying at this hotel again. Location was perfect, we even walked to Old Montreal! Beautiful, clean, gorgeous bathroom and staff super friendly!

“Best Value in Montreal”

I am in Montreal about once a week. This is head and shoulders above most of the hotels I have stayed at and the price/value ratio is excellent. Good service; excellent, spacious rooms; central location; very comfortable beds and pillows; FABULOUS in-room espresso machine; large, all-you-could-want bathrooms. I haven't used the gym facilities yet, plan to do so next time.

“Fantastic hotel close to pretty much everything”

Stayed at the hotel on the weekend of the 30th of November. First the foremost, the hotel's quality is top notch. The lobby is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have to say a big thanks to the head concierge, Luc. He got my girlfriend and I a very nice penthouse suite which was amazing. Great views, lots of windows, a huge bathroom alongside two LCD tvs. Couldn't have asked for anything else. I didn't want to leave. If you are up to spending a nice time with your girlfriend or boyfriend in a nice and trendy hotel, this is the place.

“Great Hotel”

Great accommodations and downtown location. Only consistent drawback for my second stay at Hotel Le Crystal is with the Housekeeping Staff in that, although a minor inconvenience, one should not have to ask the Housekeeping Staff on a daily basis to replenish the complimentary amenities such as coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, non-flavoured milk and creamers for the teas, or bottles of Le Crystal water. For a 4 1/2 rated hotel, one would expect the Housekeeping Staff to monitor and replenish such amenities.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are amazing. Everything you need is in the room. The staff are extremely nice. The only downfall is the parking fees...although parking in Montreal is expensive. Can't wait to go back

This hotel was a great choice for our family that includes 3 young children (ages 1, 4 and 8). We like the fact that the hotel had a separate bedroom with kingsized bed and living area. We liked having a mini-kitchenette for preparing snacks and small meals. We brought along cereal, yougurt, juices, milk and other snacks to keep the kids happy. The kitchenette was pretty well-equiped (dishes, cutlery, cutting board) but we're glad we brought kids plastic bowls, cups and a knife for cutting. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeouse with a spa style shower and large soaker bathtub and double sinks. The pool area is gorgeous with a view of Montreal and palm trees and lounging chairs. There were also pool supplies with various sized kids life jackets, pool noodles, and kickboards. The outdoor hot-tub was also great although the door from the pool area to the hot tub was closed and we had to walk around. I used the exercise room. They had elipticals, and treadmills as was as a universal gym and free weights. The hotel is well located - close to shopping. We found a Cora's one block from the hotel. They had bowls of clemantines situated throughout the hotel which was a nice treat for our family. We hired a babysitter through the hotel concierge and had a nice dinner out on the town. The sitter was great. The concierge was awesome recommending places, printing maps, and making reservations.

“Hotel Le Crystal - Great in Every Way”

Hotel Le Crystal is great in every way. Easy access to and from the highway, downtown Montreal location which is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping, staff that went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay, great one bedroom suites and if you're lucky to get urban room 412 or 413 you'll get a walk-out terrace which is almost as big as the room.
