situation idéale en centre ville, accueil irréprochable, suite superbe et personnel attentif. Le must : piscine intérieure et jacuzzi extérieur accessible même par temps froid.
“Best hotel in Montreal”
I stayed in this hotel from Aug 9-16th with my Mom and small baby. We had an excellent stay. I have been to Montreal many times before but Le Crystal is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are the hotels real treasure. They are welcoming, helpful and responsive immediately to any questions/requests. This hotel provided ideal facilities for a parent with a small baby. They even gave the baby a lovely toy moose to compensate for the cot not being in the room on the baby's arrival, even though the cot was provided immediately when we got to the room. I cannot be more enthusiastic or positive about my stay.

“Wonderful Hotel”
Our total experience at Le Crystal was wonderful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The mini-suite we had was perfect in every way, and we had a huge terrace out back, which added to our pleasure. Everything about the hotel was perfect. No complaints. Valet Parking was expensive but well worth it.Definitely going back!

Nice Hotel. Large room and bathroom. Excellent room service. Room very clean. For that category of hotel I was expecting a more extravagant and elegant Restaurant but still very nice.
“Fabulous Hotel w/ Great Service to Match!”
My wife and I went to Montreal for a wedding and we absolutely loved staying at Hotel Le Crystal! It's in a great location with gorgeous rooms with wonderful little touches such as a cappuccino maker in the room! The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful! Next time we're in Montreal, we will stay at Hotel Le Crystal, no question!

Title says it all really. A really nice hotel with excellent in-room facilities and a decent enough pool/sauna/outdoor jacuzzi/gym.

“extremely comfortable”
We were impressed by the courteous staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and overall luxurious surroundings. It was a pleasure to exercise on the top floor with the most beautiful view of Montreal. The swimming pool and sauna were light and airy and family friendly.
“hotel review”
hotel is just a little over a year old. i had a great time. comfort was great and service was great. i had very little to complain about, and i like to find fault in places i stay. there were a few cons but it did not take away from my stay. Here are some of the things i did not like but like i said they are small, i was in a non smoking room but there were a few smoke burn marks int he carpet. a couple of things were missing from the room that were supposed to be in the room, valet service was expensive, and the breakfast that was in my package was very limited. You could have more but u had to pay for it.
