Range of prices get you a nicer room for paying more. Very convenient because it is on a subway station where 2 or 3 lines cross.

Value and convenience

Posted 20-Nov-2014
Pros: General convenience and good value.
Cons: Some rooms could use updating.
Location: There is interior access to a shopping mall that includes a grocery, a food court, pharmacy, and Bureau Gros (Office Max)
I only had one night at the hotel, but everything went without a hitch. I was there for a meeting and so also experienced their conference staff. Again, all was well.

Outdated hotel in good location

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Very close to bus terminal, easy walking to anywhere in Montreal. Easy to talk to employees in English. Non-smoking room smelt smoky. Can tell the hotel is very old, but updated where required. Beautiful view from 16th floor (20 something floors tall). Old furnishings. Still felt clean.

Nice Hotel

Posted 7-Nov-2014
Pros: Location, staff, room
Cons: It needs update. It is an old building.
Location: Theaters and Museums are walking distance.
The hotel is clean and safe. Very helpful and cordial staff. They were very accommodating. The location allowed us to walk to the main attractions in Montreal. Just be careful walking around the neighborhood at night. A lot of strange characters walking around the area. Adilson November 2014

Disappointing, filthy and falling apart

Posted 3-Nov-2014
Awful hotel. Dirty, unkempt, old, fixtures and furniture falling apart. Very disappointing. The pool facilities were also unsatisfactory. After reading the good reviews, I was so surprised and angry. We must have had a bad room but were nto given an option to switch until late at night and were told the only room left in the entire hotel was a smaller room with a smaller bed next to an elevator, so we spent the night in the dumpy uncomfortable room anyway. We were only offered a free breakfast, since the hotel advised no discounts/refunds would be given since the room was booked through expedia. I would recommend staying elsewhere and avoiding this place.
