The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, like it's just been renovated. Everything inside and outside our six rooms was well-placed and worked well, including the critically-important WiFi service. Everyone in our group loved the breakfast and were happy with the restaurant and its staff. The free parking was a welcome edition.

Modern, comfortable digs

Great place for a good nights sleep, exercise and swim before a short drive into the city to explore all that Montreal has to offer. Shuttle to airport convenient.

Best Holiday Inn for airport access

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Less than 10 minute shuttle from the airport. Noticed lots of crew and pilots staying here. I noticed they were all happy with it. I saw no issues and had a perfect stay both nights.

A VERY FRIENDLY HOTEL

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Pros: THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU
Cons: NOT MUCH, ACTUALLY WISH OTHER HOTELS IN THAT PRICE RANGE WERE AS GOOD......
Location: THERE ARE SHOPS WITHIN A 5 MINUTE WALK; ESP. THE FAIRVIEW SHOPPING CENTRE. A COUPLE OF DELICATTESSENS A 5 MINUTE DRIVE. GREAT LOCATION ON ST.JOHNS BL
THESE PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOU.. THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DESK WERE GREAT. SHOWED US AND TOLD US WHERE EVERYTHING WAS. A LOVELY BAR ON THE MAIN FLOOR AND WE REALLY ENJOYED THE PIZZA THAT WAS DELIVERED. THE HOTEL STAFF HAD RECCOMENDED IT. IT WAS ABOUT A 10-12 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT AND WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. IT WAS VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED FOR US IN THE WEST ISLAND. CHEERS, PETE

If you have to, I guess.

Pros: Clean and updated. Reasonably large rooms. Free parking and wifi.
Cons: Lobby and public areas are very sterile, cold and uninviting, being in large-format green and off-white tile.
Location: Good access to A40, but it's a bit of a drive to anything.
Stayed at this hotel only because it was close to a family event in Beaconsfield. It is right at an exit on the A40/Transcanada and there is a lot of highway noise, especially if you are on the west side of the building. In retrospect, I would travel farther to get some peace and quiet.

Convenient to Montrel airport

Posted 17-Jul-2015
Pros: Room was quiet, comfortable and well equipped.
Location: Close to airport.
The hotel is convenient for the airport but not for travellers without a car ( we were visiting family nearby). Surrounded by freeways but no traffic lights nearby so were unable to walk across to Fairview Centre etc. Our room was spacious, well equipped with a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and very comfortable. breakfast was not included but we made our own, making the hotel good value.

Nice hotel away from crowded downtown Montreal

Posted 6-Jul-2015
Check in and out was awesomely quick. Staff were polite and kind. Older hotel but somewhat well maintained...just that there is a part of the wall in the bathroom, specifically under the ledge where you put the soap and shampoo that needs more scrubbing. There was a lot of goo and brown stuff from suds. We stayed at rooms 1212 and 1213. If that wasn't there, I would've rated it 5 stars.

Family visit with relative from London UK

Posted 24-Jun-2015
The room wasn't equipped with a day bed-couch as requested, rooms were not close or even on the same floor as requested (we had to move the next day) in one of the rooms the toilet was broken and we had to flush the toilet manually, lifting the plunger inside the housing (reported the problem twice!). On check out we were told by the manager there was nothing they could do with regard to offering any sort of a discount for the inconveniences, and that they could only offer their apology! In summary, the service and accommodation was not as expected and requested, and the customer service was less than adequate, "we were not pleased!"
