“Holiday Inn Pointe Claire-refreshed !”

The hotel has undergone tremedous upgrades since we last stayed there. It looks very much better and has a fresh new air about the entire place. The lobby is quite lovely and the rooms look much more upscale. The bar staff are very friendly and take time to linger and talk.

This hotel was truly a great experience at a reasonable price. Elegant enough that it felt decadent to be staying there but also managed to be quite kid friendly.

We found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were great...microwave, fridge, granite counters, coffee etc. The note regarding the hotel having items you may have forgotten was a nice touch. The only thing missing for my 50 something eyes was a magnifying mirror! Perhaps a plastic cup in the bathroom might have been better. It was actually a nicer room than the one we had in Vegas a month before! Thanks for a lovely stay.

“Great hotel and easy to find”

Everything was perfect. A great relaxing stay. It had a beautiful pool and hot tub.

We stayed here over Christmas for a few days while visiting family. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and the staff is fantastic. We'll stay again next year and would recommend. - M

“completely satisfied”

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and furnishings. Everything was very luxuries especially the bathroom which had high end fixtures as well as marble finishes throughout. Thr service was excellent and friendly. Absolutely no complaints from us at all.

“Great Hotel but a little clueless staff”

Wonderfully renovated hotel, great beds, pillows and soft sheets, great food in the hotel restaurant, only thing is that the staff is not very knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area and was not able to give good directions.

Was there for a wedding reception. Great service (concierge was fanstastic), nice/comfortable rooms, and free Internet.

First of all we found it very very hard to find the location.What is given in their website is not the proper address.With that address we can never find the hotel!! We were going round in circles!!! The food in the retaurant was soooo low standard no one could eat the stuff.tortilla was the worst!!! The food was expensive too.Aalthought the rooms looked clean and spacious, after a hard days driving yo wouldn't want to go around in circles to find the place!! I heard a lot of customers have complained about it, but the managment does not want to change it!1 Prbably they want to mislead people stating they are right by the Trans Canada highway!!!
