Property great and location 20 minutes from everything. Parking safe. The only thing is the other street corner not so good but lots of security in area. We all felt safe. Great Montreal experience.

When i booked room in pictures they showed me bigger room woth extra living room and bigger window. But there was just a small single sofa beside bed. And a small window.

Need decoration update , very sad and blend, pictures are deceptive. Small pool, small gym not seen on the photo. Very nice fish bassins around the restaurant that would bring much more with a little update . Everything overpriced.

Right at the edge of Chinatown well within walking distance of the main train station and commercial and entertainment district. Hotel is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.

The checking process was straight forward, until breakfast next morning where they ask me to pay $45 for my son’s breakfast. Child was included in expedia reservation, son 13 so would have to pay full price for breakfast. So for 8 days only 3 of 4 had breakfast. Staff at “breakfast buffet” nice but watching over every move made. Not a breakfast buffet just a continental breakfast, same exact menu the full stay. Room maintenance was questionable, days marked for cleaning sheets and towels done, bathroom very well cleaned, but carpet was never vacuumed at all! Hotel offers absolutely no type of entertainment for guest. Hotel surrounding had an alarming amount of homeless peddling for money and I was violently approached by a male money peddler 30 feet from hotel entrance. No security anywhere, none in subparking and none at hotel entrance at any hour! A very stressful stay for family, security wise. Checkout was straightforward.

Carpet could be cleaner, found fake nail on the floor. At 3:30am loud party noise in the hallway. Other than that pleasant stay. Clean decent beds and bathroom. Great location walking distance to old town and downtown. Parking garage easy access.

The hotel is located within Chinatown. We walked around town, from the hotel to the Old Montreal, the Old Port, and every other touristic site in between, and later we walked from the hotel to La Place des Arts, along Saint-Catherine W. Street to the Eaton Center, and underground City. We didn't use the hotel's restaurant, really good options outside of the hotel. We ate breakfast at the boulangerie Ange, or at the boulangerie La Cave à Manger within the Bonsecours Market, etc. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it had a mini fridge and coffee maker, but not a microwave, or a safety box (bring a luggage lock). The pool was small, and the water kind of cold but the kids had fun, the Jacuzzi was small too, and it made a lot of foam that looked kind of dirty (brown residue) that made me get out quite fast, the sauna was kind of small and it wasn't heating a lot. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights, we drove our own car from CT, the front desk agent gave us a tkt to use at the machine in the parking garage while getting out, he said we would be able to use it as many times as we needed to. The first day, after almost 24h in the garage we used the tkt while getting out and it worked, it didn't charged us, but sadly the second day the tkt didn't work, and the machine charged us like $33. So make sure they give you a tkt per night.
