Clean and good locationPosted 25-Aug-2014
We have recently stayed at the Hilton Laval and had an overall good experience. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is at a good location to various restaurants and only a 20 minute drive to old Montreal. We would stay here again :)

Pros: The pool and hot tub the best!
Cons: Options for parents who have more than 2 kids???
We had fun but my only concern was the room was suppose to accomodate 5 peoples with 2 queens bed and a sofa bed we didn't get . So really disappointed.

Little disappointed.Posted 11-Aug-2014
Checked in was quick and easy. Got our keycard in less than 5 minutes. We went up to the room and I knocked on the door before using the keycard to open it. Surprisingly a gentlemen dressed up in suit opened the door and walked out from the room. He appeared as a hotel staff. We entered the room and we saw a mark on the bed that seems like someone has been laying on it. We also found the pillow cover was a bit dirty. We did not want to make any assumption as we were in hurry to be at someplace. We just asked them to change the pillow for us. The next morning (before 10am as this is the time I set to wake up) it was at least 2-3 times people knocking on our door and opened our door while we were sleeping. I think it was the room service. Plus people slamming doors at the other rooms. We were totally exhausted after just one night staying there.

Noisy and dangerous hotel entry from highwayPosted 4-Aug-2014
This hotel has good brand value but not recommended. With similar price you can buy better facility near the location many competitive hotels exist and even closer location to montreal

It was great. The room was excellent, it was very comfortable, the room was very neat and clean. The staffs were very nice. It was a bit of a difficult to get there, when your not from around but it was so worth it.

Nothing special, just what to be expected.Posted 20-Jul-2014
Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: Bathroom could use some upgrade.
Location: Great spot for shopping in Laval. Major malls just next door.
Nothing much to say about this hotel. You just get your fair money's worth out of it, period.

Great HotelPosted 17-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
I chose the hotel because of its price. Since I was visiting a friend who lives in Downtown Montreal but the previous hotel I used was not very good. This time, since I had my car with me, I thought the location is not an issue so even though the hotel was in Laval, I was not expecting a very long commute. The hotel was great. Very clean, nice finishes, updated, and friendly staff. The bathroom was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the gym in great condition with nice equipment. The only thing to consider is that highway 15 is under construction, so if you want to commute between the hotel and Montreal, it is going to be much longer than it takes normally (20 minutes is the normal time from hotel to downtown Montreal).
