“The Perfect hotel for a Downtown Montreal Stay”
The staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!
“Great Hotel”
Staff was friendly, professional & efficient. Room was huge and comfortable, especially after returning from Europe, with great toiletries from Philosophy. Hotel in great location near McGill U, shopping areas and walking distance to Old Montreal. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback was noise from other guests (couldn't determine if it was from the room above or below) who kept us up till 4 am.
“A great hotel in a great city.”
It is very central to shops, public transportation and a short walk to the downtown core. It is also a block and a half away from Place des Arts where a lot of the many Montreal festivals are held. We will return to this hotel. Our family loves it and feel it is our Montreal home.
“Convenient and people pleasing”
Yes, this property is undergoing renovation. I was given a very large, newly renovated room after being moved from an older room that had poor TV reception. I wanted at least one USA network channel. The new room was great, but for all five days cable reception was hit and miss. Maintenance staff was A+ and Catherine from guest services kept in contact with me. I did not go to Montreal to watch TV! Delta was switching cable companies. I can understand glitches. I recognized Suzanne in the restaurant from prior stays. She is a dedicated 25 year employee. Ernesto at the front desk was also great. He did not hide when I came to the desk about my TV reception. Come on fellow travelers, your comments about all hotels seem petty. There is no issue with Delta Montreal!!
“Very Clean”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean - especially the bathroom. Room was very modern and the beds and pillows obviously new. Would visit again.
“Delta Montreal, an excellent hotel.”
Excellent location, very helpful staff, very clean and at a reasonable price. Modern style room, great swimming pool and exercise facility, fast wifi. Could not have asked for a nicer hotel.
“Montreal Delta hotel excellent service”
The hotel room and restaurant were neat and superb. The service in the restaurant was great.
“Excellent”
very professional. would stay there again for sure.
“Amazing Experience!”
It was an amazing experience and we will definately stay there again.
“I Recommend Delta.”
Nice experience. Recommended. Hotel was in renovation, Hallway carpet was torn. Swimming pool was nice. Parking lots were little bit small but acceptable
